About Game

Demo Overview

Four animal warlords ride tanks around a 6×6 grid, each hunting hexagons in its own colour. Drive the red tank onto a red hexagon, and you’re paid 0.15x. Green returns 0.10x, teal and blue 0.05x apiece. That’s the whole pay table, one row wide, on a slot that keeps its money elsewhere. Multipliers land as crates that any tank can collect, add together, and apply to every win, and the demo makes them easy to watch.

Tanked Features

Colour Collect and Crates

xLoot does the scoring. A character pays only when it drives onto a hexagon in its own colour, so a board thick with blue does nothing for the red warlord beside it. Wild stars are shared. Crates land carrying anything from x2 to x1000, and the total they build multiplies every payout underneath it.

Tank Boosters and Bombs

Four Tank Boosters arrive as pickups. A Rocket fires at the wall near a rival and widens the grid a step, a Grenade clears paying symbols around its target, an Airstrike hits up to three rivals, and a Power Drill ploughs towards the biggest cluster of its own colour. With no movement left and no Booster held, an xBomb detonates and the multiplier gains one, while a Barrel Bomb widens the grid. Three cornered tanks make a Small Boom, four a Big Boom that clears the board. A caught tank loses a heart, and three lost removes it until the next evaluation.

A Wider Grid and Two Moving Wilds

Rocket wall-hits, self-triggered Barrel Bombs, and Big Booms each take the board out a stage, and four turn 6×6 into 9×9; a bomb caught in a Booster blast gets there at once. The xNudge Wild drops until a non-paying symbol blocks it, setting the multiplier to 2 where none exists and adding 1 per step. xSplit doubles the symbols it cuts and any multiplier the cut crosses, then turns Wild.

Carnage Spins, Royale and Mayhem

Three beer tankards award five Carnage Spins, carrying the multiplier, kill count, and grid size in. Four award seven Carnage Royale at 9×9, with 5 added to the multiplier you brought. Kill all four tanks in one explosion, and Mayhem Spins open at 9×9 with 10 added and a single life each.

Nolimit Boosters

Two boosters appear in the tool Nolimit City puts on its recent games. xBet costs 3x the stake per spin and makes the bonus modes more than four times as likely; four random Tank Boosters cost 40x.

How to Play

How a Tank Scores

Nothing here pays along a line. A win happens when one of the four characters steps onto an adjacent block in its own colour and collects it, and several characters collecting at once are all paid. Wild stars belong to everyone, which is how the blue tank ends up cashing a corner the blue hexagons never reached. Bonus tankards work the same way, collected by a character rather than landing anywhere and counting, so a tankard sitting two rows from every tank may simply never be picked up. When no character can move and no Booster is held, the bombs take over and the board clears itself by explosion rather than by a fresh spin. Free play uses the identical rule set, and watching one round resolve end to end is the fastest way to learn how the characters choose a direction. The shell stays plain, with the spacebar wired to the spin button and almost nothing else to set.

RTP and Bet Values

The RTP on this version of the game is 96.04%, and lower-return versions of it are out there too, which is worth knowing since you don’t get to pick the one that loads. Chips go in at €0.20 a round, and the grid stops at €100. Switching on xBet leaves that return where it is, while the four-Booster purchase trades a sliver of it away for the pickups. The splash badge calls the volatility Extreme, a heavy word for a game whose collections are worth five hundredths of a stake before a crate lands, and this site’s tier for it is High. What earns the register is the multiplier total rather than the hexagons, since it can read 1 for twenty rounds and then jump four figures on a single clear.

Symbol Payouts

The pay table runs to one row. Each colour is drawn in five decorative frame tiers, gold-winged down to bronze, and every tier in a column pays the same figure for one collected symbol. Red is the best of them, green is just under it, and teal and blue share the floor. Different reel setups are used depending on which mode you are in, but the four values never move, so the only figure that changes a round is the one in the crate.

Symbol Per symbol collected
Red hexagon 0.15x
Green hexagon 0.10x
Teal hexagon 0.05x
Blue hexagon 0.05x

Ultimate Slots Verdict

Four tanks and one row of pays leave a crate of multipliers carrying the whole design. Tanked earns the collect format rather than borrowing it, provided you accept that the hexagons pay almost nothing on their own and the rounds worth having are the ones where a big crate lands before the board clears. Dense, funny, and far better than that single pay row makes it look.

4.1/5 Excellent

What We Like

  • The single pay row is honest about where the value is, and the crate total is readable at a glance
  • Multipliers are additive and apply to every win, so one big crate lifts the whole board rather than one pickup
  • Grid expansion is driven by things you can watch happen, not by a hidden trigger
  • Carnage Royale opening at 9x9 with 5 added makes the four-tankard trigger feel different from the three-tankard one
  • Four animal warlords, three hearts each, and a beer tankard for the Bonus, with art that commits to the joke

What Could Be Better

  • Collect a hexagon with no crate standing, and the return is five hundredths of a stake, which is most of what the main game does
  • A dozen interacting systems run the board, and nothing on screen explains any of them while you play

Detailed Review

Demo Play Experience

The crate at the top right decides the round. Collect a red hexagon with nothing in it, and you have 0.15x. Collect the same hexagon with x50 standing in the crate, and the sums are unrecognisable. Every other system on the board exists to keep the tanks moving long enough to reach crates, and that is what this review keeps coming back to.

It’s a ruthless way to build a collect game. Multipliers add rather than compound, so the growth stays readable, and one spin in 760 returns 100x or better. The rest of the time you’re watching hexagons worth a twentieth of a stake vanish.

Where it Sits

The art buys back a lot of that patience. Four animal warlords in tanks with hearts on their banners, an aerial view of a flattened industrial yard, a beer tankard for the Bonus, and a peeled banana for the max win symbol. As for war-themed slots, it leans more toward a Saturday cartoon than anything grim.

Against it stands the rule count. Three lives per character, four Booster types, two bombs, two Boom sizes, a four-step expansion, and three bonus modes is heavy machinery to stand in front of a pay row with four numbers on it. Read the rules once, and it clicks, but nothing on screen teaches it while you play. If that kind of stacking appeals, Supersized is the other recent Nolimit build on the site worth an hour.

Frequently Asked Questions

Because payouts come from collecting rather than from combinations. Each hexagon pays a fixed amount when a character of the matching colour drives onto it, 0.15x for red, 0.10x for green, and 0.05x for teal and blue, so no larger-quantity tiers exist. The return is built by multiplier crates instead, which add together and apply to every win.
BYOB! is the maximum payout. The cap is 25,000x the bet, and when a round's total win passes it, the round is over and 25,000x is paid. Tanked also pays it outright if a complete MAX WIN symbol, drawn as a peeled banana, appears on the grid at a size of 3x3.
Four expansion steps, each one caused by something exploding. A Rocket that hits the wall, a Barrel Bomb that goes off on its own, or a Big Boom from four cornered tanks each widen the board a step, from 6x6 to 8x6 or 6x8, then 8x8, then 9x8 or 8x9, then 9x9. An xBomb or Barrel Bomb caught inside a Tank Booster explosion sets 9x9 immediately.
All four characters have to lose their last life in the same explosion. The board is then set to 9x9, the mode adds 10 to whatever multiplier came in with it, and every character plays on a single life. If it happens again, the mode retriggers for one more spin and another 10. The same event during Carnage Spins upgrades the spins that remain.
