Nolimit City’s Gluttony Demo
Before xZone became a Wild, it was a packet of sauce. The Gluttony demo shows the idea on its first outing, a red +1 packet that drops onto a 5×5 board of plated food and splashes every paying symbol around it, diagonals included.
Nolimit City released it in June 2023 and built the menu around that packet. Food comes in bigger servings, bells order the free spins, and the top bonus, FEDCON 1, moves the place where every win has to begin.
Slot Bonus Features
A Packet With Eight Neighbours
XZ-Sauce lands as a small red packet marked +1. Every regular paying symbol and Wild touching it, diagonals included, gets +1 on its multiplier, so a packet away from the edges reaches eight symbols at once. Packets can share a row, but two never land on one reel. Gluttony is the Nolimit City slot where xZone made its debut, and the idea came back as a Wild in Skate or Die in September 2024.
Bigger Servings
Each food exists in three sizes. The plain plate is the 1x serving, the 2x and 4x versions pile it higher, and when a symbol visibly upgrades, its value doubles until the next round starts.
Two Kinds of Bell
Silver bells land only on the three middle reels. The golden bell keeps to reel 3, and no spin shows more than one of it.
Free Spins and FEDCON 1
Three Free Spin Modes
Three silver bells bring 8 spins of Order Up!, one golden bell with two silver brings 10 spins of Double Up! at x2, and two golden with one silver bring 12 spins of Quadruple Up! at x4. Within any of them, each golden bell tacks on another 2 spins and doubles the multiplier, and one arriving at x4 sends play into FEDCON 1 with 6 more spins. The modes can’t be retriggered.
Nolimit City’s figure for reaching free spins is 1 in 309 spins, so the bells stay silent for long spells.
The Wild Pot
The Wild Pot lands in the free spins only, on reels 2 to 5, and plays as a Wild. Any win it joins lets it collect the food beside it horizontally and vertically, +1 for each winning low-paying symbol and +2 for each medium-paying one or Wild. A pot that collects stays sticky for one more hit; one that collects nothing leaves.
Wins That Start in the Middle
FEDCON 1 rewrites the paying rule. A moustached man stands at the centre of the board, and every win starts from him as a Crosslink Win, paid by the length of the matching chain out to each side, counted from 1. Only the highest one pays, and symbols start at x4. Winning symbols fill his level bar, +1 for a low payer and +2 for a medium payer or Wild, and 20, 30, 40, and 50 of them reach levels 2 to 5, each worth 2 more spins, +1 on his multiplier, and a respin.
Golden bells move to the outer reels and double those values for good, while XZ-Sauce and the Wild Pot keep to the inner reels, where the pot eats the food on its connected outer reel before it can feed the bar.
How to Play
Golden Bell Spins

One golden bell on reel 3 opens Golden Bell Spins with 2 respins and an x2 multiplier. A second golden bell during those respins adds 2 more and raises the multiplier to x4, and a third in succession takes the game into FEDCON 1. The reel shows one golden bell at a time, so the run builds across respins, never on one board. During the respins, the board turns blue and the fork and knife on either side of the reels have the current multiplier on red ribbons. Place a new bet, and the multiplier resets.
Between bells, wins come from 3,125 ways on the 5×5. Three or more of a food on adjacent reels, counted from reel 1, pay for each way they link, and after the payout, the winning symbols burst while the food above tumbles down into the gaps.
Gluttony RTP
Gluttony names its 32,000x cap “Heart Attack”, a joke in the same vein as Fire in the Hole 3’s Fire in the Bowl, which stands at 70,000x. A bet can be as large as €100 and drop down to €0.20. Its RTP is 96.09%.
Game Paytable
Pizza leads a steep table at 10x for five, 5x for four, and 2.5x for three. The burger, rice bowl, dessert, and beer follow at 6x down to 2x for five, and the five plain plates range between 1.2x for the corn cakes and 0.4x for the salad, whose 0.1x for three is the smallest cell. Every value here is the 1x serving. An upgraded symbol doubles it. The table lists no pay for the Wild or either bell, so the ten foods fill it.
| Symbol | 3 | 4 | 5 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pizza | 2.5x | 5x | 10x |
| Burger | 1.5x | 3x | 6x |
| Rice bowl | 1x | 2x | 4x |
| Dessert | 0.75x | 1.5x | 3x |
| Beer | 0.5x | 1x | 2x |
| Corn cakes | 0.3x | 0.6x | 1.2x |
| Vegetable plate | 0.25x | 0.5x | 1x |
| Sushi | 0.2x | 0.4x | 0.8x |
| Salmon | 0.15x | 0.3x | 0.6x |
| Salad | 0.1x | 0.2x | 0.4x |
Ultimate Slots Verdict
A +1 sauce packet does more for this slot than its free spins do. XZ-Sauce lifts every paying neighbour without a bonus running, upgraded servings and Golden Bell Spins add their own multipliers, and FEDCON 1 rebuilds the pay rule around the man at the centre once it lands. The cost is the wait, because free spins come rarely and never retrigger, and pizza tops the paytable at 10x for five. As the first xZone game, it gets the idea right on the first try.

Detailed Review
Sauce on Everything
An XZ-Sauce packet landing mid-board on the 5×5 gives +1 to every paying symbol and Wild around it, and it does so in the main game as well as in the bonus. That packet is the centre of Gluttony. It puts a multiplier into an ordinary tumble, and it gives the board a pulse between features.
What else the base game offers feeds the same appetite. Upgraded servings double a symbol until the round ends, and a golden bell on reel 3 starts respins at x2 that climb to x4 on a second bell, with the fork and knife beside the reels showing the current value. Several small multipliers stay in play at once, so a board has something going on even when it pays little.
Against that, the free spins are far off, the modes can’t be retriggered, and pizza’s 10x for five is a thin top pay spread over 3,125 ways. FEDCON 1 asks the most of all. It needs three golden bells in succession from a reel that shows one at a time, and a new bet wipes the respin multiplier back to nothing.
That reset shapes how the respins feel. A second bell at x4 leaves FEDCON 1 one bell away, and the urge to place the next bet comes from exactly that nearness, even though the next bet starts the ladder again from zero.
FEDCON 1 Board Changes
When FEDCON 1 does arrive, the board works in a new way. Wins radiate from the moustached man at the centre, symbols begin at x4, and his level bar hands out 2 spins, +1 multiplier, and a respin at each of four steps. The Wild Pot brings a cost as well as a gain there, since the food it swallows from an outer reel grows its own multiplier and never feeds his progress. Golden bells move to the outer reels and double their values for good, which gives the edges of the board a job the main game never asks of them.
The diner looks grubby on purpose, with red booths, a checkerboard floor streaked with ketchup, and a logo that is a moustached mouth full of teeth. Sebastian Hovenberg, the Product Owner, called it “a feast of innovation served with a side of eccentricity” at launch, and the sauce packet is the innovation in that line.
This review lands on a clear split. Gluttony serves its new idea on the base reels and makes the free spins the long wait. For free play, that order suits it, since the sauce is on the board from the opening tumble while FEDCON 1 stays a rare course.
