About Game

Brute Force Overview

Brute Force runs five reels, five rows and 21 win lines. Nolimit City works in ways, so a line count on a 2024 release is the first odd thing about this slot. Three Wilds stand among the card ranks, each with a name and a fixed step. Joshua moves 1 per nudge and stops at 8x. Jason moves 2 and stops at 21x. Hyper, the alien leading the invasion, moves 5 and stops at 51x. All three land stacked, nudge until the whole character is visible, and gain a multiplier with every position they travel.

Demo Features

Joshua, Jason and Hyper

Brute Force reels showing three xNudge Wild columns with 8x, 51x and 21x multiplier caps and a VS Scatter on reel 3
All three xNudge Wild columns hold the board at once, caps showing 8x, 51x and 21x, with the VS Scatter alone on reel 3 and the xNudge Meter still empty.

The three xNudge Wilds arrive as tall blocks that rarely fit the window, so the reel shifts them upward or downward until the full character shows. Each position they travel to adds its own step to the multiplier beneath them, and the value updates as the Wild settles. Joshua is the steady one, Jason doubles his pace, and Hyper climbs fastest and furthest.

The xNudge Meter at the top left of the board gathers the multiplier values from whichever Wilds were involved in a win, so a line running through two of them pays at the combined total rather than the larger of the two. On an idle board, all three Wild columns show their caps, which makes each character’s worth readable before it has moved at all.

Brute Spins

Three Scatters open Brute Spins, a round of 10. The purple VS tile is the only way in during regular play and it can arrive on any reel. The pay table doesn’t change once the round starts. What changes is how often the three Wilds appear, which is where a 21-line board finally gets some traffic on it. Ten spins does not give three Wilds long, so the three Wilds have to do their work quickly once it opens.

Super Brute Spins

A fourth Scatter turns the round into Super Brute Spins, still 10 spins, and this time an xNudge Wild can become sticky and stay in place until the tenth spin is done. A sticky Hyper carrying 51x is the outcome the whole design is aimed at, and it explains why the maximum payout is set where it is.

xBet

Switch on xBet at 4.7x the stake, and a Scatter is waiting on reel 2 every spin, so Brute Spins come round ten times as often. That is the most expensive booster the studio has attached to any game in this run, and it’s the only paid entry the demo itself offers. October 2024 places the game in the middle of the studio’s current output, which you can walk through on the Nolimit City page.

How to Play

How a Nudge Pays

Wins run left to right on adjacent reels along one of the 21 fixed lines, and each line pays its best combination only. That is a narrower net than the ways grids this studio usually assembles, and it changes what a Wild is worth. A tall Wild landing through the middle of the board can occupy several of those 21 patterns at once, and each of those patterns takes the multiplier that Wild has built.

A Wild replaces anything but the Scatter, and it always fills the largest combination available to it. The nudge is what earns the multiplier, so a stack that has to travel three positions to come fully into view arrives with three steps already counted. Free play here covers the same 21 lines, and Gator Hunters is on the site too if you’re working through the studio’s recent releases.

Bets and RTP

Stake options begin at €0.20 and end at €100. RTP is 96.08%, and there are settings below that figure in circulation. Extreme is the word on the game’s own badge, but with 21 lines and nothing above 20x in the table this review files it as High.

Every round carries a hard limit. The game words it as “The max payout of the game is 40000 times the base bet”, under a heading it calls All Time Highest Score, and the arcade artwork beside that line reads GAME OVER 40000x.

What the Symbols Pay

Two tiers of soldier over one flat band of card ranks, which is about as compressed as this studio’s tables get. The orange soldier tops it at 20x for five, the blue and red pair match each other, and the yellow and green pair are a step below them. A, K, Q, J, and 10 all pay alike. A full screen of xNudge Wilds also returns 20x, level with the orange soldier. The purple VS Scatter has no row of its own; it exists to trigger and nothing else.

Symbol 3 4 5
Orange soldier 2x 10x 20x
Blue soldier 1x 5x 10x
Red soldier 1x 5x 10x
Yellow soldier 0.5x 2.5x 5x
Green soldier 0.5x 2.5x 5x
A, K, Q, J, 10 0.25x 1x 2x
Full screen of xNudge Wilds 20x

Ultimate Slots Verdict

Three named Wilds climb at three different speeds on a 21-line board built so you can tell them apart at a glance. The table is small and the 51x Wild is the rare one, but the nudge does real work here and Super Brute Spins keeps a sticky multiplier on screen for a full round.

4.3/5 Excellent

What We Like

  • Three xNudge Wilds with separate steps and caps, so a Wild's value is readable the moment it lands
  • Sticky xNudge Wilds in Super Brute Spins can have a 51x multiplier for all 10 spins
  • The 21 fixed lines let one tall Wild count across several patterns at once
  • The xNudge Meter adds the Wild multipliers together instead of taking the largest

What Could Be Better

  • A 20x top line and a flat card-rank band leave the main game thin without a Wild
  • Hyper's 51x is the rarest of the three, and the sticky round behind it needs four Scatters

Detailed Review

Our Brute Force Demo Experience

Three Wilds with three different climbing speeds give a 21-line board more to follow than its pay table alone would earn, and that is where the 4.3 comes from. The characters are not decoration. Joshua, Jason, and Hyper are three separate bets on how far a single spin can travel, and the game shows you which one has landed before it has finished moving.

The format choice does real work. On a ways grid, a nudging Wild produces one big number and the reasoning behind it disappears. Here, the 21 patterns are drawn on the screen, so a Wild sitting across rows three and four is visibly feeding several of them, and the xNudge Meter adds those multiplier values together rather than picking the best of them. It’s the clearest presentation the studio has given this Wild, and the reason the format is worth a review of its own.

Frequency is where the design gives ground. Fixed lines on a 5×5 grid connect less often than the studio’s ways boards, the 51x Hyper is the rarest of the three arrivals, and with xBet left off, four Scatters for the sticky round is a long walk. A 20x top line also means regular play rarely pays much on its own, so stretches go by with the meter sitting blank and the card ranks doing the talking.

The art carries it through those gaps. Pixel type, a chrome arcade logo, and a squad of comic-book soldiers facing an alien invader put this in the studio’s horror and B-movie register rather than among its grimmer settings. The GAME OVER cabinet screen sitting behind the maximum payout is the same joke, played straight.

Brute Force: Alien Onslaught followed in July 2025 and doubled the maximum payout to 80,000x, which leaves this the smaller and tighter half of a two-game family, and the one where the three named Wilds still carry the entire idea.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fixed lines give the three xNudge Wilds a frame you can read. Each of the 21 patterns pays its best combination only, so a tall Wild landing through the middle of the grid can appear on several lines at once and carry its multiplier into each of them. On a ways grid, the same Wild would resolve into one figure with no working shown.
They climb at different rates. Joshua's meter moves 1 per nudge and stops at 8x, Jason moves 2 and stops at 21x, and Hyper moves 5 and stops at 51x. All three land as stacks and nudge into full view, so the taller the stack, the further that Wild's multiplier travels.
xBet is 4.7x the stake per spin and places a Scatter on reel 2 every time. Nolimit City's own entry figures for the rounds are 100x for Brute Spins and 800x for Super Brute Spins, alongside guaranteed-Wild boosters at 60x, 333x, and 4,000x.
Sticky xNudge Wilds. Both rounds run 10 spins, but in the super version, a Wild can stay where it landed until the spins run out, so its multiplier is still on the board on later spins. Four Scatters open it; three open the regular version.
It's the direct sequel, released in July 2025, and it doubles the maximum payout to 80,000x. The 2024 original is the one on this page, with the three named Wilds and the 21-line grid.
