Buffalo Blitz II Demo by Playtech
A bison charging out of a purple and orange sunset makes Buffalo Blitz II look like a buffalo slot you already know. Then a diamond Wild joins a win on an ordinary spin, landing on any reel except reel 1, and it can multiply that win x2, x3, or x5 before a single free game has started.

Wilds in the Main Game
Diamonds act as the Wild here, drawn light blue and cut like gems. They land on reels 2 to 6 only and fill in for any symbol other than the FREE GAMES scatter. Multipliers That Add

The diamond’s x2, x3, or x5 can still apply across the wider reels. In the 2016 Buffalo Blitz, the multipliers only work in free games, which stay at 4,096 ways.
The 1,000-Game Limit
Triggers and retriggers share one cap, and the game stops awarding free games at 1,000 in total. The opening artwork’s promise of up to 100 describes what six scatters start a round with. With retriggers, a round can go past 100 long before it gets near the limit.
How to Play
Leftmost Reel First
Ways in Buffalo Blitz II count from reel 1 rightward across neighbouring reels, in any row. Animals pay once reels 1 and 2 match. A, K, Q, J, 10, and 9 wait for a third reel. FREE GAMES scatters are the exception to that order and count from anywhere on the reels.
Buffalo can land stacked on any reel. A tall column of them on reel 1 gives several ways a starting point at once. A buffalo pair across the first two reels is its smallest win, at 1x. During free games, the same reading holds on the 4-5-6-6-5-4 reels, with four rows on reel 1 and the extra height in the middle.

Buffalo Blitz II pays back 95.96% over the long run. That’s a theoretical average, and a few dozen spins of free play in the demo tell you very little about it. Stakes go from €0.20 up to €250 a spin. The 2016 Buffalo Blitz ties its Wild multipliers to free games, so multipliers on ordinary spins are where this sequel parts ways with it.

A normal spin plays 4,096 ways, and every free game plays 14,400. So what does Ways Boost add once three or more scatters start it? Room. The middle reels grow to six rows, each animal gets far more ways to connect, and a scatter pair during the round can top up the count. Six scatters open a round on 100 games, and the 1,000 limit leaves a lot of space above that. That widening, kept for every free game, is what makes Buffalo Blitz II worth playing.
Between bonuses, the paytable is modest, with six buffalo paying 6x a way before any multiplier, so the diamonds are what make an ordinary spin worth watching. The main-game multipliers make the second part of the case, and they come with limits. They’re random, the diamond never reaches reel 1, and two of them add to x5 instead of multiplying to x6. In this July 2020 slot, a diamond can land in a win with no multiplier attached, and the hope that the next one carries an x5 is what keeps you pressing spin. Even so, a multiplier you can get on any spin beats one held back for the bonus.
