It should be juvenile, and it is, but the production is confident enough to make the joke land more often than not.
What carries it past the gag is how good the cluster pops feel. Matching germs burst the instant they connect, the bigger the blob, the more violent the splatter, and every pop drops a multiplier onto the grid that the next win can build on. An early €10.20 cluster on a €1 stake showed the loop in miniature, a knot of cells popping in sequence, each one nudging the total higher.
