Mystery Museum Demo by Push Gaming
It takes 3 or more mystery stacks to start Mystery Museum’s Nudge & Reveal, and once down, each nudges to cover its reel, turns gold, and shows the same symbol. Razor Shark’s stacks of four, in the earlier game, slid down one place per respin. In this museum slot, Push Gaming traded that slide for whole matching reels, then made the stacks stick through the free games.
Slot Features
Nudge and Reveal Stacks
| Mystery stacks | Razor Shark | Mystery Museum |
|---|---|---|
| Release | August 2019 | August 2020 |
| Stacks needed | One stack of 4, landing anywhere | 3 or more, landing anywhere |
| How they move | Down one position per respin | Nudge to cover their reels |
| What they reveal | Symbols, golden sharks among them | Gold stacks, all showing one shared symbol |
| In the free games | Reels 2 and 4 fill and nudge down each spin | Sticky for the whole feature, revealing when a win is possible |
The older design reveals its stacks as they travel, whereas these cover their reels and share one symbol, and 3, 4, or 5 stacks pay as three, four, or five of a kind.
Samurai Free Games
The samurai is both the wild and the scatter. At least 3 of them landing starts the Free Games, with 8, 10, or 12 spins for 3, 4, or 5 samurai.
Once the round starts, mystery stacks turn sticky for the whole feature and only reveal when a win is possible, and any stack that lands nudges to fill its reel. With 3 or more held, they turn gold and reveal a symbol on each remaining spin. So, the round builds as stacks stick, and the third one held is its turning point.
The Power Gamble
Any win of more than 2x can go into the Power Gamble, with three options that move you towards the free games or a bigger win. Reaching the top collects at least 100x. That gives the free games a second way in, as a qualifying win can be gambled towards them instead of waiting on samurai. With the Power Gamble in use, the RTP is 97.04%.
Is a 5×3 grid with 10 lines too plain a frame for all this? It’s the plainest part of the game, yet it suits the stacks, because once 3 or more land, each takes a whole reel, and in the free games, those reels stay. Next to the earlier design, that makes Mystery Museum the fuller use of Push Gaming’s mystery stacks. Push’s recorded high for Mystery Museum is 17,500x. Its green Medusa head and stone statues make it a museum-set entry among historical slots.
How to Play
Ten-Line Payouts
Mystery Museum pays on 10 lines across a 5×3 grid, and its mystery stacks feed those lines a whole reel at a time.
Stacks may drop onto any reel, and Nudge & Reveal needs at least 3 of them on the same spin. With that many down, the feature moves each one to cover its reel, turns them gold, and puts one symbol on all of them. That symbol then pays on the 10 lines like any other, as three, four, or five of a kind depending on how many stacks took part. Four stacks mean a four-reel result, and five fill the grid with one symbol.
The samurai does double duty. On the lines, it acts as the wild. As the scatter, it starts the Free Games once at least 3 land, and there the stacks turn sticky for the whole feature, revealing on each spin left once 3 or more are held. A win of more than 2x opens a separate path to that round through the Power Gamble’s three options.
Slot RTP
Mystery Museum’s RTP is 96.58%. That return is averaged over a very large number of spins, far more than the 8 to 12 in a single Free Games round, so one round says little about what the game pays back.
