About 3 Oaks Gaming
3 Oaks Gaming was established in 2021 in the Isle of Man, though its history runs deeper than that. The studio emerged from a split of Booongo, an iGaming developer founded in 2015, with 3 Oaks taking the regulated market-facing side of the business under new branding. Under managing director Sebastian Demian, who brought experience from Playson, EveryMatrix, and Bede Gaming, the studio built rapidly — releasing over 80 titles within a few years and reaching 4 million active players by the end of 2022.
