Bouncy Bombs Free Demo

The Round Isn’t Over When the Reels Stop

Wins in the Bouncy Bombs slot gather in a total above the grid, and what you keep isn’t always settled straight away. Bombs appear at random, though they turn up often. The ones that arrive sit in place until the round closes. Then they explode, join with any others and multiply that total in one go. A plain 2x is a nudge. A revealing bomb hiding a 100x, dropped over a round that already paid well, is the spin you play for.

What the Bombs Do

The Total Win Bar and the Bombs

Every winning combination in a round is collected above the grid, in what Hacksaw labels the Total Win Bar. Left alone, that figure pays out as it stands. The bombs are what can turn it into something larger.

Bombs on the board go off together when the round finishes, as long as at least one win has landed, their values adding into a single multiplier that drops on the running total. A lone 4x over a €10 round makes it €40. Several bombs pool first, so a 4x and a 10x become a 14x before they strike.

A round total of 2.00 with an 18x bomb multiplier shown above the Bouncy Bombs reels The bombs have already gone off here. What’s left is 2.00×18 overhead, three values pooled into a single figure before it touches the total.

Three Kinds of Bomb

The bombs come in three types, and the type decides what is on offer.

  • Normal bombs show their value on landing and run 2x, 3x or 4x.
  • Revealing bombs arrive under a question mark and only tell you what they hold when they explode, at 5x, 10x, 25x, 50x or 100x.
  • Cascading Dynamite bombs land on 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x or 25x, then double with every new cascade, so a 15x becomes a 30x on the next tumble.

Dynamite only reaches those heights while the cascades keep landing, which is why the revealing bomb’s outright 100x posts the biggest numbers more readily.

Bombastic and Bombastic Fantastic

Land 3 YUMMY scatters at once and the Bombastic round opens, 10 free spins with a higher chance of landing bombs than the base game gives you. Catch 4 scatters and its richer cousin, Bombastic Fantastic, takes its place, the same 10 spins but with a bomb promised on each of them. That promise covers the bomb and nothing else. Bombs only explode when the round has produced a win, so one that lands on a spin with no win is wasted.

More scatters caught during either round stretch it, two extra spins for a pair and four for a trio.

Bombastic free spins round with a warmer backdrop, rising bubbles and a 30x dynamite bomb A 30x dynamite sitting over a €1.00 win, with the music slowed and the bubbles drifting up behind it.

What the Buy Menu Sells

There are five ways in, split into two kinds. Three are FeatureSpins, which stay switched on until you press disable, and two are direct buys. All five are free to play in the demo, so the prices below come off demo credits and nothing else.

  • BonusHunt FeatureSpins, 3x a spin, makes a bonus 5 times more likely.
  • Normal FeatureSpins, 25x a spin, promises at least one bomb and one win.
  • Revealing FeatureSpins, 75x a spin, does that with a bomb hiding the larger values.
  • Bombastic Bonus, 100x, buys the 10-spin round outright.
  • Bombastic Fantastic, 200x, buys the same round with a bomb on every spin.

The buy menu labels its own volatility as Medium for the 25x tier and High for the other four.

The Bouncy Bombs bonus buy menu showing five options from BonusHunt FeatureSpins to Bombastic Fantastic Bonus at a 1.00 bet Three tiers say activate and two say buy, and at a €1.00 bet, the menu runs from €3.00 up to €200.00.

How to Play

Eight of a Kind, Anywhere

Bouncy Bombs has no paylines. Land 8 or more matching pieces and they pay as a group, wherever they sit on the grid. Winners then clear and new symbols fall into the gaps, and any further match pays again, the cascades carrying on until a tumble brings no win.

A spin runs €0.10 at the smallest and €100 at the largest, set with the arrows by the spin button, and the Buy Bonus menu sits to the left for anyone paying their way in.

The fruit are the symbols to hope for. A €1 spin pays €2 for 8 matching blueberries or green apples, and €0.20 for 8 jelly sweets. Everything above that is the bombs’ doing.

Red jelly symbols bursting mid-cascade on the Bouncy Bombs grid beside a YUMMY scatter, with a 0.40 win shown The €0.40 on show is the nine-symbol row, red jellies bursting at a €1.00 spin with a YUMMY scatter alongside them.

The Same Cap in Every Mode

The return sits at 96.22% in the demo, and leaner builds circulate at some casinos, so check the game info before you play for real. Volatility reads as medium, with the splash screen meter lit to 3 out of 5, so wins land regularly and the heavier bomb rounds do not.

The most a spin can pay is 10,000x, and that cap holds whether you reach it in normal play, on a FeatureSpin or inside either bonus, with the round ending the instant it lands. The buy menu’s own returns sit close to the base figure, from 96.27% on three of the five up to 96.38% on BonusHunt.

What the Symbols Pay

Every jelly sweet pays the same, whatever its shade. The two brighter fruits, the green apple and the blueberry, pay double the strawberry and the orange at every count.

Ultimate Slots Verdict

Bouncy Bombs puts everything on the close of a round, and it makes that wait easy to read, the total sitting overhead while the multipliers gather to add themselves together. The characters are why the single idea holds across a session, faces on every fruit and a jelly-mushroom that will not stop dancing. It pays off often enough to hold up. Three scatters at €1.00 a spin gave us a Bombastic round that finished at €349, and a €75 Revealing spin put six bombs worth 137x over a €1.00 total for €137. The reservation is the buy above both. Bombastic Fantastic costs 200x and guarantees a bomb on each of its ten spins without adding anything else, no multiplier held from one to the next, and our two goes at it came back €56.60 and €209.80.

Detailed Review

What Makes It Pop

The end-of-round explosion is the best thing here, and it’s easy to follow, since the total sits in full view the whole time. Winning symbols burst in a splash of their own colour with a pop that lands just right, so even a small win carries a bit of theatre. Five prices from 3x to 200x cover both ends of it, three that change the spins you are already making and two that hand you the round outright.

Where It Fizzles

The top buy is the part that feels short-changed. Bombastic Fantastic costs 200x and keeps its promise, a bomb on all ten spins, which on its own can push a round along. What the extra 100x never adds is persistence, since no multiplier builds up between spins, and our two goes at it returned €56.60 and €209.80 against the €200 they each cost. The cheaper Bombastic round, reached for nothing on three scatters, gave us €349 on the same €1.00 bet.

Reading a Round

Everything in this game points at one moment, the close of a round, when the bombs go off. What comes before it feeds a total that keeps building inside the round. A run of 8 or more symbols pays, clears, and lets new ones fall, each win adding to the count. Then the bombs decide it. Their values pool into one number, it lands on the total, and a couple of euros can finish at thirty or forty. A 4x, a 10x and a 4x pooled into 18x over a €2.00 total on one of our €25 FeatureSpins, and paid €36.

That structure cuts both ways, and it’s the part to grasp before you reach for the heavier bombs. Because the bombs multiply a win you have already banked, the size of that win counts as much as the value on the bomb. Two spins from our session, both on a €1.00 base bet, make the point. A 75x Revealing spin put six bombs worth 137x between them over a €1.00 total and paid €137. In Bombastic Fantastic, a 100x, two 10x and a 5x landed together, 125x in all, and paid €25 because the win underneath was €0.20.

A 100x, two 10x and a 5x bomb on the grid above a 0.20 win Five spins still to run, €42.80 on the board, and the bombs on it added just €25.

We reached Bombastic the ordinary way, three scatters at a €1.00 spin, and the round built slowly. A €45 win came early, then one spin combined its multipliers into €303 and carried the round to €349 with six free spins still to run.

An Epic Win of 303 during the Bombastic free spins round The €303 that took a slow round to €349, with six free spins still to run.

The FeatureSpins are the cheaper way in, and they keep you spinning while they shift the balance. The 75x Revealing tier is where the big ones live, and it misses often too. A 4x and a 5x over a €2.40 total came back at €21.60, and two 10x bombs on another spin made €40, both well short of the €75 they cost. Below it, the 25x Normal tier guarantees a bomb and a win each time, which turned a €5.00 win into €50 on a lone 10x, and the 3x BonusHunt only shortens the odds on a bonus.

A Mega Win of 137 from the Revealing FeatureSpins with six bombs on the grid Six bombs worth 137x between them, over a €1.00 total, on a spin that cost €75.

Personality Counts for a Lot

What keeps Bouncy Bombs likeable through all of it is its manner. The fruit have faces and moods, and the sweets wobble on the spot. Off to the side a blue jelly-mushroom dances, blows kisses, draws hearts in the air and cheers along, a smaller one riding on its head that shouts YIPPEE when the big one twirls. Another wanders across the reels now and then.

The bonus rounds look and sound calmer than the base game even as the numbers get bigger. The forest gives way to a warmer scene, bubbles drift past, and the music slows behind it all.

The extra 100x does buy a bomb on every spin, and a persistent multiplier held through the free spins would have turned that into a proper step up. As it stands, the bombs carry the game, and most of the time that’s enough. Anyone who wants a spread of buy prices, from 3x up to 200x, and doesn’t mind a medium volatility base between the explosions, will get on with it well.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Normal, Revealing and Cascading Dynamite bombs can all share a round, in any mix. When they do, their values join into one figure, and that lands on your total in one hit, so several middling bombs can outdo a big one.
It comes down to what the bomb has to work on. The bomb multiplies the win your round produced, not your stake, so a huge value over a tiny win still returns very little.
Land 3 YUMMY scatters together for the Bombastic feature, or 4 for its Fantastic version. Both award 10 free spins, and the second guarantees a bomb on each of them. Any extra scatters caught during the round add spins, a pair for two and a trio for four.
The demo pays back the headline 96.22%, the figure we played through for this review. Leaner builds circulate at some casinos, so the real-money return varies by site and the game info screen is the place to check it.
The FeatureSpins, at 3x, 25x and 75x, are toggles you switch on and leave running, improving your chances of a bomb or a win while you carry on spinning. The two buys, at 100x and 200x, drop you straight into a Bouncy Bombs bonus round.
