Demo Overview
Three prices buy the same round of free spins. 50x of the stake guarantees one modifier and returns 96.50%, 100x guarantees two at 96.51%, and 200x guarantees all three at 96.49%. Pay four times more, and the long-run figure moves by two hundredths of a percentage point. What the top tier actually buys is a wider spread of results, not a better one. That is an odd menu to find bolted onto a 3×3 cabinet with nine lines, and it is beside a four-tier jackpot ladder and free spins that no scatter ever fires.
Features and Bonus Rounds
The Gem Meters

Emerald, diamond, and ruby gems land on the reels as non-paying symbols, and at the end of each spin, the matching gem at the top of the screen collects them. Any collection can start the free spins at random, which is why this slot carries no scatter and no trigger count to watch.
The round opens with 10 spins on special reels, and one, two, or three gem modifiers arm with it. A 27.85% hit rate means the reels pay something about every 3.59 spins, so gems arrive often enough that the wait is rarely long. Pragmatic Play gives few of its classic cabinets a feature stack this deep.
Emerald, Diamond and Ruby

Each modifier rebuilds the round differently.
- Emerald adds +1 or +2 spins for every emerald that lands, so a good run stretches 10 spins well past where they started.
- Diamond opens the prize ladder, and every diamond gem that drops carries one of four names; collect four of a name and it pays, from Mini at 20x through Minor at 50x and Major at 300x to the Grand at 10,000x.
- Ruby splits the feature across two 3×3 grids with 10 spins on each, and emerald spins go to whichever grid the gem hit.
The Grand is half of the 20,000x a single round is allowed to pay, so the ladder cannot reach that figure alone.
Three Wilds
Wilds do double duty here. The gold 3X, the red, and the green all substitute for everything except gems. They appear on every reel in standard play and in the feature, and each one forms its own line. Three greens pay 50x, three reds 125x, three gold 3X symbols 250x, and any three mixed wilds 15x. The 3X triples any winning line it joins, except a line made of wilds, which is the one combination its multiplier leaves alone.
How to Play
Nine Lines on Three Reels
Nine paylines on a 3×3 grid means every position on screen carries a line, which is more than most three-reel cabinets bother with. The extra lines run diagonally and in v-shapes through the same nine cells, so one well-placed wild can appear on four or five of them at once.
Gems sit outside the paytable altogether. They never pay and only collect, which is unusual even among gem slots. Space or enter starts and stops a spin, and holding space down switches the reels to turbo.
Bet Range and Return
Two lower RTP versions of this game exist alongside the 96.50% default, and the information screen shows which one is running. The volatility icon on that screen reads Low, which fits a 27.85% hit rate better than it fits a round carrying a 10,000x Grand.
| Setting | Value |

Game Paytable
Three reels give the table a single tier, so every entry below is a three-symbol line. The wilds fill its top half rather than sitting outside it, and the distance between the halves is the whole shape of the game: three matching 777s pay 7x, three gold 3X wilds pay 250x.
| Symbol | 3 |
|---|---|
| 3X wild | 250x |
| Red wild | 125x |
| Green wild | 50x |
| Any three wilds | 15x |
| 777 | 7x |
| 77 | 4x |
| 7 | 2.5x |
| Any three sevens | 1x |
| BAR BAR | 1x |
| BAR | 0.5x |
| Any three bars | 0.3x |
Ultimate Slots Verdict
A 3x3 classic with a jackpot ladder and three gem modifiers sitting behind it.
The buy menu asks three prices for the same return, so the 200x tier is about swing rather than value, and the random trigger does that job for nothing.
Hits What we like
- All three modifiers can run in one round, and the 200x buy guarantees them together
- The 3X wild triples any line it joins and pays 250x on its own for three
- A 27.85% hit rate keeps a nine-line 3x3 grid ticking over between gem collections
Misses What could be better
- The 50x, 100x, and 200x buys land within two hundredths of a percentage point of each other
- Free spins arrive at random, so there is no scatter count to read and no way to chase the round
- Nothing on screen shows how close the gem meters are to firing
Detailed Review
What the Buy Menu Buys
Three and a half out of five, and the buy menu earns both the marks and the missing half. What the extra spend buys is certainty about which modifiers arm. One modifier can be emerald alone, which only lengthens a 10-spin round. All three together put the prize names in play, stretch the spins, and run the whole thing twice over on a second grid. That is a far wider set of outcomes for four times the price, and on a game where free spins arrive at random, a guaranteed way in has obvious appeal. In the free-play demo, every tier is open for free, which is the top price’s best argument.
Aside from the feature, the cabinet is exactly as it looks. Nine lines on 3×3, sevens and bars in neon, and a hit rate that returns small amounts while the meters fill. The three wilds are what lift standard play above that. Three gold 3X symbols pay 250x, some 35 times what three 777s return, and the 3X tripling any line it joins gives an ordinary seven win somewhere to go.
Anyone who likes a three-reel game and can live with a random trigger gets more here than the format usually allows, and Fire Strike is on the same shelf of Pragmatic classics. The flaw is the thing the menu advertises. Three prices, one return, and only the swing changes.
