Fortune Sheep Demo by Fa Chai

Fortune Sheep looks small until its respin holds symbols.
A cartoon sheep in a red jacket with gold buttons waves from above the reels, curled gold horns framing a wide grin. To its left, an orange sign with a gold question mark hangs over a bunch of red-and-gold firecrackers. Underneath, a red-and-gold frame holds the 3×3 grid with line numbers down both sides, and a red banner below the reels reads Full board 10X Bonus. This Fa Chai slot lists seven symbols in its paytable, the Wild among them, and the demo has no Scatter, no free spins, and no Buy Feature. What it has instead is a respin that changes what the reels can show while it runs.

One-Symbol Respin
A Wild that lands can set off RESPIN at random, and from there the board narrows. The game picks one symbol at random, never the Wild, and the reels then show only that symbol, Wilds, and plain beige blanks. When the reels stop, a new copy of the chosen symbol or a new Wild gives you a chance at another respin, and the game holds everything already landed in place for it. A respin that adds nothing new ends the round, and the line wins are counted then.
With the reels limited to those three, a line that completes during the round is made of the chosen symbol, Wilds, or both. That puts a lot on the pick. A respin built on the gold coin tree plays for 20x a line, while one built on the mandarin plays for 0.6x, and the game makes that choice before anything is held.
Red Ring Multipliers
A second piece can appear while RESPIN is running, a red ornate ring with a dark centre. Each ring that lands can add 1X to a multiplier on the line winnings, up to a maximum of 10X. The game applies the multiplier once, when the respins stop and it works out the wins, so a round can grow on two counts at the same time: more held symbols on the reels and a larger multiplier over whatever lines they complete.
Full Board 10X

The banner under the reels names the second multiplier. When every reel position holds a symbol and all nine are the same, with the Wild counted in, the game adds a bonus of 10X the line winnings. A blank anywhere spoils it, because the board has to be full of symbols. This bonus does not stack with the red rings, so a single result never gets both multipliers on top of each other. The game advertises winnings up to 2,500x.
Sheep Wild
The Wild is the sheep again, drawn as a winking head with gold horns and a hand raising a gold stick, with WILD lettered in red and gold across the bottom. It can substitute for any symbol, and three of them on a line is the top award in the paytable at 50x. It is also the symbol that can start RESPIN and the one the respin never chooses, though Wilds that land during the round are retained with the rest.
Judged by its grid, Fortune Sheep is a three-reel novelty with a 0.6x mandarin at the foot of its paytable. It plays bigger than that, because the same five lines get two separate ways to multiply: the red rings inside RESPIN and the 10X Bonus for a full board. The respin decides which symbol both of them work on. The limits are real. There is no free spins round to fall back on, RESPIN waits on a Wild and a random trigger, and the two multipliers never combine. Try the free-play version and see how far one chosen symbol gets across nine cells before a respin comes back empty.
How to Play
Fortune Sheep RTP
Fortune Sheep’s return to player is 96.5%, according to Fa Chai. The game came out in June 2024, and the figures quoted here count in x the total bet, the unit the table below reads in.
Five Fixed Lines
Five lines cross the nine cells. Line 1 runs across the middle, line 2 along the top, and line 3 along the bottom. Lines 4 and 5 are the diagonals, one running from the top-left corner through the centre to the bottom-right, the other from the bottom-left through the centre to the top-right. The numbers on the frame follow the same plan. Down the left side, they read 4, 2, 1, 3, and 5 from top to bottom, and down the right side 5, 2, 1, 3, and 4, so each number is level with a row where its line starts or finishes.
A win needs three of the same symbol on one line, one on each reel, and the paytable lists nothing for two. A Wild can fill in for any symbol on a line to complete it. Each line pays a single award, the highest it qualifies for, and the game draws a gold line across the grid to mark a winning one.
RESPIN changes what can reach those lines. The reels have only the chosen symbol, Wilds, and blanks until the round ends, the game holds symbols that land for the next respin, and it checks the lines once, after a respin adds nothing new. Any red ring multiplier is applied to the line winnings at that moment, or the 10X Bonus if every cell shows the same symbol, never both. During the round, any cell without the chosen symbol or a Wild shows a blank, so the grid itself shows how much of it the round has covered. Players who know the 5×4 cascade grid of the studio’s Sugar Bang Bang 2 will find far less board here, nine cells and five lines, with RESPIN as the event that reshapes it.
Symbol Payouts
The table has a single column because each award is for three matching symbols on a line. The Wild heads it at 50x, the gold coin tree follows at 20x, and the treasure bowl drops to 5x, while the remaining four pay between 2x and 0.6x. Any symbol except the Wild can be the one RESPIN picks, from the coin tree down to the mandarin, so a low row in this table can still be the symbol a whole round depends on. On the reels, the coin tree is a cluster of gold square-holed coins in a small red pot, the treasure bowl is blue with gold ingots heaped inside, the abacus has a green frame and gold beads, the pouch is purple, the envelope has a gold 福, and the mandarin comes with leaves and a cut segment.
