That cap is a long way above what the game pays out in ordinary play, and it bounds the one sequence that could exceed it: a grid filling with high coins while the counter keeps resetting.
The two buys are what make this slot worth arguing about. Selling one feature is old news. Selling two at the same price, on the same game, with the same return behind both, turns the purchase into a real decision. The respin buy is the honest one. You know what you’re getting before the round starts.
The case for not caring is easy to make. Identical returns mean the game is indifferent to which button you press, and the only version of free spins that changes the shape of a session is the one with 50 spins in it, which neither purchase can promise. The short version is much more likely of the two, and 6 spins on special reels with a giant symbol in the middle can be over before you have read the screen.
