Kiss My Chainsaw Overview
Kiss My Chainsaw dresses up as a blood-and-beer slasher, yet the choice that shapes its bonus is closer to geometry. Its green-car Scatters land only on reels 1, 3, and 5, and the row they share counts for more than how many of them you see.
Three cars on three different rows start 8 spins of The Ride. Line all three up on one row, and you get 9 spins of The Last Ride instead. Two sharing a row, with no third anywhere, and the board gets torn down around them.
It all plays out in a Texas roadside bar at night, with a WELCOME TO TEXAS sign over the reels, BEER and EXIT arrows at the sides, and a neon KMC chainsaw on the wall. A blonde hitchhiker in blue shades and a brunette share the premium symbols with a bearded man in a yellow jacket, and the horror arrives in the top bonus, where the two women come back bloodied. A Historic Route 66 sign and a toolbox fill the middle of the table, while a licence plate, a peace-sign backpack, keys, a camera, and a lighter make up the low end.
Demo Bonus Features
A Gas Can That Doubles
The Charged Wild, one of three Wilds that land on every reel but the first and fill a gap for anything except the green car, is a red gas can with a multiplier on it. Each win it helps form burns one charge and doubles that multiplier for the next tumble, 1x to 2x to 4x, until the can runs dry. The regular Wild does its job with no multiplier, and the third form, Chainsaw Larry, only appears in Chainsaw Larry Spins.
Two Scatters in a Row
In base play, the green car can’t land on reels 2 or 4. Two cars sharing one row, with no third, trigger Burnout. Wins from that drop pay first, and then Burnout destroys every symbol on the board, both cars included, so a fresh set can fall in. You get a new grid instead of a bonus, which is a strange kind of consolation for missing The Last Ride by one car.
Free Spins
The Ride
Three Scatters on different rows start 8 spins of The Ride. An extra row joins the reels, so the grid grows to 5×5, and a Charged Wild can climb to 4x before it’s destroyed. Within the round, exactly two Scatters add +1 spin, unless they share a row, in which case Burnout clears the board again. Three Scatters add +3 spins and move you up to Chainsaw Larry Spins.
The Last Ride
Three Scatters on the same row start 9 spins of The Last Ride. It follows the same rules as The Ride, with a Scatter guaranteed on reel 5. With that car already parked, two more cars are all you need for the +3 spins and the step up to Chainsaw Larry.
Larry Changes the Table
Chainsaw Larry Spins start when three Scatters land during either ride, adding +3 spins. From then on, no Scatter lands, an extra enhancer reel joins the board, and the round pays from its own table. The bearded man leaves the reels and a bunny mask joins the premiums, while the blonde, the brunette, and the Route 66 sign each move up one tier. The blonde goes from 2.5x to 3.5x for five, the bearded man’s figure on regular spins.
Larry himself is a jumping Wild who picks a new position on the three middle reels as each spin starts. When he lands on a character symbol, the win multiplier gains +1, and wherever he lands, he reveals an enhancer on his row. That enhancer is where the round’s multipliers really start to stack.
How to Play
Connected Ways

A win in Kiss My Chainsaw can bend. A way links the same symbol on neighbouring reels as long as each step stays on the same row or moves one row up or down, and a jump of two rows breaks it. Every way has to begin on reel 1. The main game’s 5×4 grid gives 178 connected ways, and the 5×5 grid of the two rides gives up to 259.
After a win, the game destroys the winning symbols, drops the rest, and fills the gaps from above. That tumble is also when a Charged Wild that helped the win shows its doubled multiplier, so one gas can may work across several drops in a row.
Larry’s Enhancers
Each time Larry lands, he reveals one enhancer on his row, and it’s always Smiley, xSplit, or Lucky Feet. Smiley adds +1 spin. xSplit is the same studio feature that appears as the samurai swords of Pearl Harbor, and in this round, it doubles every multiplier between the xSplit and Larry, while each character symbol it splits puts +1 on the win multiplier. Lucky Feet sends Larry to a different row and a random position on reels 2, 3, or 4, and he leaves a regular Wild behind.
If Larry’s move puts him on a Charged Wild, Afterburner fires and doubles the symbol multipliers on that row. A can that hasn’t been used yet turns the row x4, and one already showing x2 turns it x2.
Stake Range
Tap the coin button at the bottom left, and the bet list opens, with €0.20 as its lowest tile and €200 as the highest bet in the game’s full range. If you’d rather keep your hands on a keyboard, the settings let you spin with the spacebar, next to the music and sound effects toggles. The menu also holds a game history you can sort, with a replay for any past round, and Nolimit City adds its Nolimit Feature panel and a Nolimit Winners list alongside it.

The Two Paytables
The main table runs flat, from 3.5x for five bearded men down to 0.4x for five lighters, and nothing pays for fewer than three. Chainsaw Larry’s table removes the bearded man, adds the bunny mask, and keeps the toolbox and the five low symbols where they were.

Ultimate Slots Verdict
Thin main-game pays hold this roadside slot back, but the Scatter row rule gives each green car a job, and Chainsaw Larry Spins rewrite the paytable instead of just adding spins. It plays better than its numbers suggest.
✓ What We Like
- Scatter rows decide between The Ride, The Last Ride, and Burnout, so each car's position counts
- Chainsaw Larry Spins swap in an upgraded paytable and a jumping Wild that feeds the win multiplier
- Charged Wild gas cans double from 1x to 2x to 4x across tumbles
✗ What Could Be Better
- Five bearded men pay 3.5x, and the lowest symbol stops at 0.4x for five
- Burnout wipes two lined-up Scatters off the board instead of counting them toward a bonus
Detailed Review
Same Row, Different Ride
A hit rate of 28.61% keeps the tumbles turning over, but the table those hits draw on is thin. Five bearded men pay 3.5x, five lighters pay 0.4x, and the max win is 10,900x. Add Burnout, which clears two lined-up cars off the board rather than counting them toward anything, and the spins between bonuses give you plenty of reasons to shrug.
The row rule wins it back. Every car has a consequence, so one on reel 1 makes you care which row reel 3 fills, and The Last Ride’s parked car on reel 5 turns the step up to Chainsaw Larry Spins into a two-car job. A plain three-Scatter trigger becomes something you read row by row.
Burnout is the piece designed to needle you. Two cars side by side on one row look like a bonus one reel away, and then the whole grid is torn down, cars included. The refill keeps the spin alive, and that near-miss is exactly what keeps a finger on the spacebar.
Chainsaw Larry Spins pay off the effort. The table shifts up a tier, Larry adds to the win multiplier whenever he lands on a character, and xSplit and Afterburner double what’s already on a row. For this review, that top bonus is what lifts the game above its numbers, and a few rounds of free play are enough to see how often the row decides the ride.
