The progression is what earns this one its score. Where most cash collect slots give you a single trail and a single bonus, Even Bigger Bananas 4 keeps switching on more layers as you play, and the run toward Colossal Kong gives even a quiet spell a point. What holds it just short of the very top is that you cannot buy into a feature you fancy. On a game this stacked, being unable to pick your round outright is the obvious thing missing. Anyone who knows the original King Kong Cash will find a different machine here. That 2016 game runs on random modifiers and a five-route bonus wheel, a self-contained setup where each spin is its own event. This one trades that for a trail that carries progress from spin to spin, on six reels instead of five, with a top end ten times what the original could reach. It is the same ape in the same jungle, playing at a completely different pace.
What it holds back is control. With this many features in play, the lack of a buy-in stings, because a round you enjoy can only come around again by grinding the trail toward it.
