Argonauts Demo Slot
Two triggers share the reels in the Argonauts demo, and the rules treat them differently. Three ship Scatters, limited to reels 2 to 4, start 8 Free Games that can be won again during the feature. Land 6 or more BONUS symbols, and the Golden Fleece Bonus Game opens, a round that cannot be won again during the feature. During the Free Games, the reels keep only the top-paying symbols, the Wild, the Scatter, and BONUS, so the BONUS symbols stay on them.
Argonauts is Endorphina’s Greek-myth quest from 2023, a 5×3 slot with 10 paylines that came out that September.

The Bull Wild
The Wild is a dark brown bull’s head with large curved gold horns and a gold nose ring, set against orange-red flames. It replaces any symbol except SCATTER and BONUS, and it appears stacked in the main game and in the Free Games. Depending on where the reel stops, you may see a whole reel of Wilds or just the beginning or the end of the stack.
Ship Scatters
The Scatter is a wooden galley with oars and a white sail marked with a red laurel wreath. It lands only on the middle three reels, 2 to 4, in the main game and in the Free Games. Three of them pay 25x and start 8 Free Games, a round the Scatters can win again while it runs.
Free Games
The game calls this round Free Games with the highest paying symbols. During it, only top-symbols, the Wild, the Scatter, and BONUS symbols appear on the reels, and the Free Games can be won again during the feature.
Jason’s Shields
Jason’s Shield is a round gold shield with a star motif, laurel branches, and a Greek key rim, and it’s one of the two BONUS symbols. Each shield shows its prize on the main reels as well, the total bet times one of 1x to 10x, 12x, 14x, or 16x. A shield’s value is collected only once the Golden Fleece Bonus Game is running. BONUS symbols may appear stacked, and when 6 or more of them trigger the bonus, they move with their prizes to the relevant positions of the bonus grid.
Golden Fleece Jackpots
Once the bonus starts, the main reels turn into a 5×3 grid, and each position spins a reel of Jason’s Shields, Golden Fleece symbols, and Round Greek MEANDER symbols. BONUS symbols that land remain in place, while MEANDER symbols keep the reels spinning. The round opens with 3 attempts, each spin uses one, and any spin that lands one or more BONUS symbols takes the count back to 3. It keeps going until you run out of attempts or find all the reels covered with BONUS symbols, and the game totals the winnings for the BONUS symbols and pays them at the end.
The Golden Fleece symbol is a gold ram’s head with curled horns on a gold fleece square. Each one that lands is guaranteed an additional prize, revealed at the end of the round, and that prize is one of three jackpots, MIN at 20x, MID at 50x, or MAX at 150x the total bet. Argonauts shares the 50x and 150x steps with the four jackpots Crown Coins’ gold coins carry (Min 25x, Mid 50x, Max 150x, and Ultra 1,000x), starts lower at 20x, and keeps its own Ultra Jackpot apart, an extra prize of 5,000x the total bet for collecting 15 BONUS symbols in the round.
How to Play
Leftmost-Reel Wins
In Argonauts, a line win starts on the leftmost reel, yet the ship Scatter can’t land there, since it lands on reels 2 to 4 only. Line wins need one symbol repeated across neighbouring reels of one of the 10 paylines, so four doves on a payline that begins on reel 1 pay 2.5x. Scatters count at any position on their three reels instead. BONUS symbols have no line pay in the table, and 6 or more scattered on the reels trigger the Golden Fleece Bonus Game.
All prizes are for combinations of a kind. For the Scatter count and for each payline, the game pays only the highest win. Scatter wins and line wins then combine.
Bet Size and RTP
The Free Games and the Golden Fleece Bonus Game are both played with the same bet as the spin that triggered them, a total bet that ranges from €0.10 to €45. Argonauts has two RTP figures. The demo shows 98.06%, and Endorphina lists 96.06%. After a win, you can take it into the Risk Game, Endorphina’s card gamble, where beating the Dealer’s card doubles the win for up to 10 attempts in total, and losing a round ends it with the winnings gone.
Symbol Payouts
Three of a kind pays 0.5x for the woman and for every symbol below her, so the table only spreads out at four and five, and the four lowest symbols share one row of values. The warrior is the top regular symbol at 25x for five, one step below the bull Wild.

Gameplay Breakdown
Argonauts gets 4/5 from this review because its two features work from the same reels without getting in each other’s way, and its Golden Fleece round keeps its jackpot values hidden until the end. Of the Endorphina jackpot respin rounds on the site so far, this is the best-used one. The Free Games narrow the reels to the top-paying symbols, the Wild, the Scatter, and BONUS, so the symbols tied to the bigger round are still landing while the feature runs. The shields go up to 16x the total bet, each Fleece adds 20x, 50x, or 150x, and both add up within a round that resets its attempts whenever a BONUS symbol lands.
The art follows the voyage. The Scatter is the galley itself, a serpent with a pink forked tongue guards the middle of the table, the warrior wears a gold helmet with cheek guards and a tall red crest, and the woman in a gold leafy tiara has long dark-brown hair with a purple glow. It’s a tidy entry among ancient Greece slots, galley and lyre included, and with three Scatters on the reels, the daytime coast behind them gives way to a warm sunset.
The Golden Fleece round is where Argonauts earns its score. Shields show their values as soon as they land, but a Fleece symbol only promises a prize, and the game reveals which of the three it was at the end. On the main reels, the shields display values that count only in the bonus, and that’s a tease the game leans on. Each BONUS symbol that lands takes the attempts back to 3, so the round lasts until the attempts run out or every reel is covered.
The line game is the limit. Three of any symbol from the woman down pay 0.5x, five of any of the four lowest symbols pay 5x, and the warrior pays 25x for five. The bull’s 30x is the top of the table, and that’s a short ladder for the main game to climb. The Golden Fleece also cannot be won again during the feature, and its jackpots are one of three values you don’t see until the round ends. That thin line game costs nothing to sample in free play, but it’s what keeps the score at 4/5.
