Cyber Wolf Overview

Cyber Wolf 5x3 reels with two cyborg wolf heads, claw jets, a red 7 and a bell
Two cyborg wolf heads land on the middle row of reels 2 and 5, each with a gold plate over one eye, and claw jets on reels 3 and 4 between them; a red 7 and a bell share reel 4.

In the Free Games of the Cyber Wolf demo, a marked symbol that misses a win still counts. Each one that appears fills one cell of its symbol’s accumulator, and when an accumulator is full, that symbol turns Wild from the next spin and adds one more Free Game. Some accumulators have more cells than others, and that slow build is the reason to give this slot some free play.

Endorphina’s April 2022 cyborg-wolf slot keeps the furniture of a fruit machine and dresses it as a wolf theme pushed into the future. The bell is dark metallic silver inside a glowing green ring, and the claw jet is a dark craft with curved silver blades and orange lights. The wolf itself is grey and white, with a gold cybernetic plate and a glowing yellow-orange lens over one eye. Behind the 5×3 reels, city towers and pine trees stand in silhouette against a blue sky. A dice version, Cyber Wolf Dice, followed in 2023.

Features and Bonus Rounds

The Paw Wild

Cyber Wolf reel 2 filled with three stacked paw Wilds completing a claw jet line
Paw Wilds stack on reels 2 to 4 only; here a full stack of three covers reel 2, the middle paw lit, and links claw jets on reels 1 and 3 for a 2x line win.

Cyber Wolf’s Wild shows a grey metal paw print on an orange-red flame ring. It can replace any symbol other than the scatter, and it lands stacked on reels 2 to 4 only, both in base play and in the Free Games. Where a reel stops decides whether you see a whole column of paws or just the top or bottom end of the stack.

The stacked wilds in Hell Hot 100 can show one wild, several, or the entire column. Cyber Wolf’s paw stacks can do the same, but only on the middle three reels.

Moon Scatters

The scatter is a large yellow full moon with the black silhouette of a howling wolf on a rooftop, set against a dark city skyline and purple lightning. Scatters count at any position on the reels and pay on top of any line wins. Three pay 2x the total bet, four pay 20x, and five pay 250x.

Free Games

Three or more scatters trigger 8 Free Games, and the round then follows four steps.

  1. At the start, the game picks a random symbol and gives it the WILD capacity, so it substitutes for anything except the scatter.
  2. Each time a symbol with a special indicator appears, it fills one cell of that symbol’s accumulator, even if it isn’t part of a winning combination.
  3. When an accumulator is full, its symbol gets the WILD capacity from the next spin.
  4. That accumulator then triggers 1 more Free Game and turns off.

The accumulators are a silver-blue bar of nine round icons, one each for the wolf head, the gold 7, the bell, the claw jet, and the letters A, K, Q, J, and 10. The cells are arranged around each icon, and the number of cells is not the same for every symbol. The bar has no scatter icon, which fits the rule that any symbol except the scatter may get the WILD capacity.

The Free Games can be won again while the round is running.

Bonus Pop

At 129x the total bet, Bonus Pop activates a package of 8 Free Games, and its cost depends directly on the total bet. The bought round plays exactly as a chance trigger does and opens with a single base-game spin that lands 3 scatters, and wins from a bought round can’t be gambled.

The main game is plain, the letters start at 0.5x, and the paw Wild has no paytable row. Of the older Endorphina slots reviewed here, Cyber Wolf has the best Free Games; 8 spins that build Wilds out of marked symbols, winning or not, are enough to carry it.

How to Play

A Goated Theme

Cyber Wolf has 10 fixed paylines, and every symbol except scatter symbols has to match along one of them on adjacent reels, counting from reel 1 on the left. There’s no line count to set. Prizes are for combinations of one kind, and the paw Wild fills a gap in any of them except a scatter win.

Scatters ignore the lines and count at any position on the reels. When a spin pays both ways, the game adds the scatter win to the line wins. On each payline, only the highest combination pays, and the same goes for the scatter count.

Bet and lines carry over unchanged from the triggering spin into the Free Games. What the round adds is Wild symbols. Alongside the paw, a randomly chosen symbol has the WILD capacity from the beginning of the round, and other symbols may gain it once their accumulators fill. Each of them substitutes for everything but the scatter, just as the paw does.

Bets and RTP

How low does the bet go? The total bet starts at €0.10 and goes up to €40. The return to player is 98.05% in the demo (Endorphina lists 96.05%). A win can go into the Risk Game, Endorphina’s card gamble, and the game’s RTP does not include that round.

Demo Paytable

The table gives each pay in x the total bet. The letters split into two flat tiers, with A and K above Q, J, and 10, and all five pay 0.5x for three. Five wolves are the top line entry at 50x, and the red 7, bell, and claw jet follow at 40x, 30x, and 20x for five. The moon scatter pays from three, anywhere on the reels.

Symbol 2 3 4 5
Cyborg wolf 1x 5x 30x 50x
Red 7 – 4x 20x 40x
Bell – 3x 15x 30x
Claw jet – 2x 10x 20x
A – 0.5x 4x 15x
K – 0.5x 4x 15x
Q – 0.5x 2.5x 10x
J – 0.5x 2.5x 10x
10 – 0.5x 2.5x 10x
Moon scatter (any position) – 2x 20x 250x

The wolf is the one symbol in the table with a pay for two, at 1x on a line.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each of the nine symbols on the Free Games bar has a ring of cells around its icon, and the number of cells is not the same for every symbol. Every time a symbol with a special indicator appears, it fills one cell, win or no win. When the ring is full, that symbol gets the WILD capacity from the next spin, and the round gains 1 more Free Game. The accumulator then turns off.
The middle three, reels 2 to 4, in base play and in the Free Games alike. It lands stacked, so a reel can show a full column of paws or just the top or bottom of the stack, depending on where it stops.
The paytable lists no pay for it. It covers for every symbol bar the scatter, so its value comes from the line wins it helps complete.
A package of 8 Free Games, at a cost that depends directly on the total bet. The bought round opens with a single base-game spin that lands 3 scatters, and from there it plays exactly like Free Games won by chance.
