6 Jokers by Pragmatic Play
Every spin in 6 Jokers marks one reel with a joker. Every tumble that follows marks another. Nothing else moves until all six carry one, and only then can the gold multiplier bombs drop. That is the whole game. There are no free spins, no scatter, and no bonus round behind a trigger, so the six cards above the grid are what you watch. Pragmatic Play built a fruit-and-sevens tumble slot and gave it one job.
Features in the Demo
The Marking Order

A spin lands, the game picks one reel at random, and that reel’s header card turns from a red curtain into a joker. A winning spin then tumbles, clearing those symbols, and a second reel joins the marked set as fresh ones fall in. A third tumble marks a third reel, and so on across the grid. Marking only advances while a tumble sequence is still running, so a spin that pays nothing leaves you at one marker with no way forward. Getting all six within a single sequence takes 5 winning tumbles in a row.
Once every reel carries a joker, wild multiplier bombs can hit on the next tumble. Filling the row opens the possibility and nothing more, because the wilds still arrive at random, so a long sequence that ends in nothing is an ordinary outcome rather than bad luck. Marked reels have a patterned backdrop while they stay marked, making the count readable at speed.
Wild Multiplier Bombs
The gold bomb pays nothing on its own. It stands in for whatever symbol a win needs and brings a multiplier, drawn from a fixed set of 2x, 3x, 5x, 8x, 10x, 12x, 15x, 18x, 20x, 30x, 35x, 50x, and 100x. Two bombs in one winning combination add their multipliers together instead of multiplying them, so a 50x and a 30x make 80x. That addition rule is the honest part of the design. It keeps the top end reachable without pretending a pair of lucky drops can get there alone, and because a bomb applies to every combination it belongs to, one good drop can raise 3 or 4 symbol counts at once.
The Ante Ladder
The Ante Bet feature is where 6 Jokers puts what other Pragmatic Play tumble games put behind a buy button. Normal play uses a bet multiplier of 5x. Move up to 7x, and every spin starts with 2 reels already marked. 14x starts you with 3, 28x with 4, and 60x with 5, one short of the set. Free spins are not on the menu at any price, which is what separates this ladder from the buy buttons elsewhere in the range, and the return figure is identical whichever rung you choose.
Sevens and Fruit
Nine symbols pay, split 4 high and 5 low. The gold seven leads, then a pink seven, a bell, and a horseshoe. Below them, the orange, watermelon, grapes, plum, and lime fill most of the reels on most spins, and because a win needs 8 of one kind, those low symbols do nearly all of the paying. The theme is a fairground joker over a neon club backdrop, with playing-card suits drifting past the reel frame. It looks like a pub machine, with six reels and plenty of positions to fill.
The Missing Round
Most Pragmatic Play games on this grid keep a scatter and a free spins round in reserve. 6 Jokers has neither, and the rules describe no bonus game. Anyone who knows Sweet Bonanza will recognise the 6×5 frame and then wait for a round that never comes. A counter that resets every spin replaced it, turning a session into a series of short races instead of one long chase for a trigger.
How to Play
The Marker Row
The six cards along the top of the grid are the only progress reading 6 Jokers gives you. A red curtain means that reel is unmarked. A joker means it counts, and the reel beneath it changes to a patterned backdrop so the two states are easy to tell apart mid-sequence. Nothing carries over between spins, so whatever you reached last time is gone when the reels start again.
A spin resolves in one pass. The game pays every qualifying count on screen, clears those symbols, drops replacements into the gaps, and checks again, and it credits the total once the sequence has finished rather than after each drop. That matters while you are watching the markers, because the tumble that flips your fifth joker and the tumble that flips your sixth both belong to a win you have not been credited for yet.
On a phone or tablet, three tap targets do everything. The large circle at the bottom right starts the spin, and holding it switches to turbo. The small plus and minus either side of it change the stake. The Ante Bet plaque takes a tap to open the bet multiplier list, and the info button opens the rules. Autoplay is under the same circle, with a Skip Screens option that removes the short pauses between tumble sequences.
There is no bonus buy in 6 Jokers, in free play or anywhere else. Pragmatic Play never shipped one, and the ante ladder is the only stake-side choice the game offers.
Slot RTP
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Bet range | $0.05 to $3,000.00 |
| Normal play | Bet multiplier 5x, no reels marked at the start |
| Ante Bet | 7x (2 reels), 14x (3 reels), 28x (4 reels), 60x (5 reels) |
| RTP | 96.55% in every mode |
| Maximum win | 5,000x bet |
The $3,000.00 maximum belongs to the 60x mode rather than to normal play, lower builds of the game run at 95.54% and 94.53%, and a round ends the moment its running total reaches the 5,000x cap.
Payouts

Only two tiers exist per symbol, 8 to 9 and 10 to 30, so a ninth plum adds nothing while a tenth moves the win up a step.
| Symbol | 8-9 symbols (x bet) | 10-30 symbols (x bet) |
|---|---|---|
| Gold seven | 4x | 10x |
| Pink seven | 2.4x | 4x |
| Bell | 2x | 3x |
| Horseshoe | 1.4x | 2x |
| Orange | 1x | 1.2x |
| Watermelon | 0.8x | 1x |
| Grapes | 0.6x | 0.8x |
| Plum | 0.4x | 0.6x |
| Lime | 0.2x | 0.4x |
Ultimate Slots Verdict
6 Jokers takes Pragmatic Play's tumble format, removes the round these games are usually built around, and hides the payoff behind a counter that has to fill 6 times in one sequence. The bombs are worth the wait when they arrive. The wait is long, the fruit pays are thin, and the ante ladder charges for speed without improving anything else. A tidy idea running short of content.
✓ What We Like
- The joker markers give every tumble sequence a visible target, which most tumble slots lack between wins
- Wild multipliers add together, so several bombs in one win compound instead of cancelling each other out
- The ante ladder buys a measurable head start rather than a random trigger
- The return figure is the same at all 5 bet multipliers, so the ladder never quietly costs percentage points
- Two paytable tiers make the whole symbol table readable in seconds
✗ What Could Be Better
- No free spins and no scatter symbol, so the game has no round to trigger
- Six markers within one sequence is a rare event, and a spin that pays nothing ends the attempt on the spot
- Paying only from 8 symbols, with two prize tiers and nothing between them, leaves the low end flat
Detailed Review
What the 6 Jokers Demo is Like
Watch the cards, not the reels. A win lands, a tumble follows, a second joker flips over, and for a few seconds the game has a shape and a target. Then the sequence ends at 3 markers, and the next spin puts you back to one. That loop is 6 Jokers. It asks you to care about a counter that rarely fills, and the reward for filling it is a chance at a bomb rather than the bomb itself.
The MEDIUM volatility badge does not match the way this game pays. A top symbol returning 10x for a full count, with everything larger depending on additive wilds that only become possible after 5 straight tumbles, is a high-volatility build, and we treat it as one. The badge describes the fruit, which lands often and returns 0.2x to 1x for the trouble. It says nothing about the distance between those small wins and the drops the whole design points at.
The presentation is cheap in the way a good fruit machine is cheap. Neon club backdrop, playing-card suits drifting past, a joker who is more pantomime than menace, and a symbol set anybody can read at a glance. It is a joker theme played straight, without the fantasy dressing Pragmatic Play usually adds. Spins are quick, turbo makes them quicker, and there are no feature screens to skip because there are no features to introduce.
The Simple Joker
Against the wider Pragmatic Play library, 6 Jokers is a single idea stripped of everything that normally surrounds it. The ante ladder shows that most clearly. You can move to the 60x mode and begin each spin with a single marker from the wilds, and the return figure will not shift a decimal point for the privilege. What the money buys is speed, and the game is straight with you about that. The counter either holds your attention or it doesn’t.
