About Game

Chicken Rush by BGaming

Chicken Rush intro screen with the BONUS GAME panel of gold coins and the DOUBLE SHOT rooster firing two revolvers
A green-hatted rooster fires two revolvers on the DOUBLE SHOT card, with 10x, 3x, 5x and 2x chips between the guns, beside the BONUS GAME panel of five gold coins.

Bronze costs 50x the stake in the Chicken Rush demo, Silver costs 100x, and Gold costs 300x, and all three buy the same box round. The price changes the symbol that can stick. Bronze draws it from every symbol except the Wild and the Bonus coin, while Silver and Gold draw from the high symbols alone. Gold then adds one thing of its own, turning five collected multipliers into ten.

A dusty western street frames this 5×5 slot, with a wooden BANK building, a burlap sack spilling gold coins, and a ribcage lying in the sand. The cast arrives on torn-paper cards. A red-orange rooster in a brown cowboy hat, a small playing card tucked in its band, fills the purple card. A white-headed sheriff with a gold star on his hat and a red and white zigzag poncho fills the red one, and a rooster in a green top hat and green coat fills the green. A revolver with a mint-teal barrel and a roast chicken with a fork stuck in it come next, then western letters from A down to 9.

How the Demo Works

Chicken Rush 5x5 reels with purple rooster, red sheriff and green rooster cards beside the BUY BONUS sign
Purple, red and green character cards crowd the reels, four purple roosters among them, beside the BUY BONUS sign and the BANK building.

Sheriff Star Wilds

A silver sheriff star with WILD across its face is the Wild, and it appears only outside the Bonus game. It can replace every symbol but the Bonus coin, and each star brings its own randomly drawn x2, x3, x5, or x10. Nolimit City’s Tombstone Begins can make a Wild another way, from a Revolver loaded with 3 to 6 bullets that fires one per spin, and one of its bullet types turns a symbol Wild.

The Box Round

Three or more Bonus coins in one spin start the Bonus game, and they count on any reel. The coin pays nothing itself. Three coins give 5 free spins, four give 7, and five give 10. Boxes ride the spinning reels through the round, and when the reels stop, some of them can open or explode at random. A box can reveal a +1 FS tile, worth one extra spin, or a multiplier of x2, x3, x5, or x10. It can also reveal the symbol drawn before the round began, and that symbol stays where it lands until the round is over. Nothing pays while the spins run. Once the last one finishes, the game counts the symbols on the field and pays the round.

Five Multipliers First

Every multiplier a box reveals flies to a special area on the field and waits there, unused, while the spins continue. To activate them, the round has to collect 5. With five collected by the end, the multipliers fly to symbols on the field at random and raise the win. Fewer than five, and none of them apply, whatever their values.

Tier Prices

Buy Bonus opens the round directly in three tiers. Bronze is the standard round, the same one that three Bonus coins start, so its price buys the trigger and nothing more.

Tier Price Sticky symbol drawn from Multipliers at the end Art label
Bronze 50x Any symbol except Wild and Bonus Apply once 5 are collected LOW VOLATILITY
Silver 100x High symbols only Apply once 5 are collected MEDIUM VOLATILITY
Gold 300x High symbols only 5 collected become 10 VERY HIGH VOLATILITY

Silver keeps the Bronze round and narrows the sticky draw to the high symbols. Gold keeps Silver’s draw, and if the round collects five multipliers, it doubles them to ten. That is the DOUBLE SHOT named on the intro screen, and at 300x it is the dearest of the three tiers in this chicken-run corner of the Wild West.

How to Play

Chicken Rush RTP

The sheriff star can complete a way in Chicken Rush. The Bonus coin doesn’t pay itself, and no Wild stands in for it. Three or more coins in one spin start the Bonus game instead. Matches must touch reel to reel, starting from reel 1 and reading left to right. Three matching symbols make the shortest win, and a full run across all five reels makes the longest. The 5×5 grid gives 3,125 ways in total, and wins on separate ways are summed.

The game’s RTP is 97%, and BGaming stops Chicken Rush at 5,000x the bet. The one choice that matters here is between Bronze, Silver, and Gold, and it turns on the sticky draw (high symbols only from Silver up) and the multiplier count, which Gold doubles from five to ten.

Demo Paytable

The purple rooster heads a narrow table at 3x for five, and the red sheriff card pays 1.5x. Below the three character cards, the revolver and roast chicken stay under 1x, and the six letters run from 0.3x for five aces or kings down to 0.1x for three nines or tens. Every symbol in the table pays from three of a kind. The letters come in matched pairs, with the ace and king, queen and jack, and ten and nine paying alike at every length. The sheriff star and the coin get no row in the table. In the buy artwork, the green rooster stands over Bronze, the red sheriff over Silver, and the purple rooster over Gold, so the tiers climb in the same order as the table. The roast chicken appears again in the box-round artwork, carrying the multiplier chips. Values below are times the total bet, per matching way.

Symbol 3 4 5
Purple rooster 1x 2x 3x
White-headed sheriff 0.75x 1.25x 1.5x
Green rooster 0.5x 1x 1.25x

Ultimate Slots Verdict

The three-tier buy is what defines Chicken Rush.

Each tier opens the same box round, Silver's high-symbol draw is the sensible upgrade, and Gold's doubled multipliers count only once five are collected, which leaves Silver as the pick.

Hits What we like

  • Three tiers buy the same round at 50x, 100x, and 300x.
  • Silver draws the sticky symbol from high symbols only.
  • Gold turns five collected multipliers into ten.
  • Every main-game Wild has a random x2, x3, x5, or x10.
  • 3,125 ways on a 5x5 grid.

Misses What could be better

  • No box-round multiplier counts until five are collected.
  • Five purple roosters, the table's top pay, return 3x.
  • Wilds appear on ordinary spins only, never in the box round.

Detailed Review

Demo Review

Put Bronze beside Gold, and 50x becomes 300x for two changes. Bronze, at 50x, buys the round that three Bonus coins can also start on an ordinary spin, with the sticky symbol drawn at random from anything except the Wild and the coin. Gold, at 300x, draws that symbol from the high symbols only and doubles five collected multipliers to ten. Everything else about the two rounds is the same, from the boxes and the +1 FS tiles to the payout, which waits until the last spin is over.

Silver shows how the ladder is built. For 100x, it takes the high-symbol draw and leaves the multiplier count alone. The symbol that stays on the field is then drawn at random from the high symbols, and Silver is the cheapest tier that makes sure of it. That single change is the upgrade worth paying for, and nothing in it waits on a count.

The catch with any tier is the five-multiplier gate, and BGaming applies it to all three. A round that collects four multipliers applies none of them, and Gold’s doubling only begins at five, so the step up from Silver buys nothing in a round that falls short. A box that explodes on a 10x looks like progress, and it is easy to count that 10x before a fifth multiplier has arrived. Until a fifth arrives, that 10x counts for nothing. When Gold does double them, all ten still fly to symbols at random.

Outside the bonus, the sheriff star is the part worth watching, since each Wild has a random multiplier. Every star draws its own x2, x3, x5, or x10, so two stars on the reels can have different values. Five purple roosters top the table at 3x. Chicken Rush came out in May 2024, and its Wild remains the simplest idea in the design.

Silver against Gold is the decision that counts, and this review gives it to Silver. Gold matches Silver in every respect but one, and that one depends on five multipliers arriving first, at 300x against 100x. Silver’s change applies to every round it buys, while Gold’s extra applies only to the rounds that reach five.

Frequently Asked Questions

If the round collects five multipliers, Chicken Rush's Gold tier doubles them to ten. In every other way, it matches Silver, including the high-symbol draw for the sticky symbol, at 300x instead of 100x.
The game draws it at random before the round starts, from every symbol except the Wild and the Bonus coin. Silver and Gold limit the draw to high symbols only. Wherever a box reveals that symbol, it stays there until the round is finished.
No. The sheriff star appears in the base game only, where each one has a random x2, x3, x5, or x10. In the box round, multipliers come from the boxes instead, and they apply only once five are collected.
