Stakelogic’s Super Joker Megaways Demo

Super Joker Megaways puts the Megaways name on three reels, and the meter it adds matters more than the ways. A spin can pay across up to 512 ways, yet three red 7s on a way pay 5x at best. The reason to keep spinning is Super Joker Mode, where wins go into a meter that pays for each spin at twice the bet, and you can press COLLECT to stop whenever you choose.
The Megaways format comes under licence from Big Time Gaming, and Stakelogic released the game in December 2020. The reels are framed in gold studded with round lights, against a red harlequin pattern, and the symbols are fruit-machine regulars, from cherries and lemons up to the bell, the star, and a red 7 with a flame pattern inside.
Super Win
The Joker is the scatter, a grinning jester in a two-point hat, purple on one side and red on the other, set on a gold harlequin tile. On the reels, that tile spans the full width of the reel, so a Joker is easy to spot even on a reel of eight symbols.
Three Jokers in view start Super Win, which awards a random Super Prize between 100x and 600x. Four or more award the biggest Super Prize, 600x. The table lists no prize for a single Joker. Even the smallest three-Joker prize is far above the 5x a red 7 pays on a way, and the paytable lists no Wild to help the fruit along.
Super Joker Mode

Super Joker Mode is active when the Super Meter has at least twice the bet. While it runs, each spin costs 2x the bet, all winnings are collected to the meter, and the meter decreases by the total bet every time a game is played. The background turns to purple harlequin diamonds, and a purple panel in a light-studded gold frame shows the meter’s value above the reels.
You can leave at any time with COLLECT, a purple button lettered in gold at the right of the screen. The mode also ends on its own when the meter falls lower than 2x or is reset to zero. A reset comes when the meter reaches 200x, or when the total ways win or a Super Prize reaches 100x. Those two figures are the meter and win limits the game places on the mode.
Super Win is also available during the mode, and here two or three Jokers in view start it. Two Jokers in the mode award a Super Prize between 2x and 600x, and four or more still award the biggest, 600x. Change the bet mid-mode, and the meter’s values are changed to match the new bet.
| Super Meter event | What happens |
|---|---|
| Meter at 2x or more | The mode is on, and each spin costs 2x |
| Each game played | The meter drops by the total bet |
| Meter reaches 200x, or the total ways win or a Super Prize reaches 100x | The meter resets to zero |
| COLLECT pressed | The mode ends, at any time |
Is a three-reel Megaways with a 5x top way pay worth your time? For Super Joker Mode, yes. The ways alone wouldn’t carry it, and the Super Prizes, 600x for four or more Jokers and up to that for three, give regular play its bigger numbers. The mode is the better of the two features, because every spin in it asks whether to carry on at 2x or press COLLECT. Stakelogic lists the game’s top win at 2,592x, far above the 200x where the meter resets, and gives it the top volatility rating on its five-star scale. As a joker slot built on classic fruit symbols, it earns 3.4 out of 5 for one thing, the choice of when to press COLLECT.
How to Play
Two to Eight Symbols
Three reels show two to eight symbols apiece, giving from 8 up to 512 ways, and a gold Megaways counter above reel 1 shows the number for the current spin. That figure can change each time you spin. Symbols shrink to fit as a reel shows more of them, so a reel of eight looks crowded beside a reel of five.
Ways count from reel 1 rightwards across consecutive reels. Each fruit pay in the table is for three of a kind, so a paying way needs one symbol repeated on all three reels. A way pays one win, its highest, and a single spin can pay wins for several different symbols.
Every win triggers a cascade, and the Jokers don’t take part in it. Existing symbols drop down into the free spaces, and new symbols fall from above to fill the rest, so a winning spin can pay again.
Game RTP
Whatever the reel heights, the ways count stays between 8 and 512. The RTP is 96.50%.
For double the bet, Super Stake adds more Joker scatters to the reels.
Ways Payouts
Six symbols share the table, each paid for three of a kind, from cherries at 0.2x up to the red 7 at 5x, with a big step between the 7 and the star below it. The middle of the table is close together, with the bell at 0.8x and grapes at 0.5x. In Joker’s Jewels, the joker is the top-paying symbol rather than a wild. Here, he pays through Super Win.
| Symbol | 3 of a kind |
|---|---|
| Red 7 | 5x |
| Star | 1x |
| Bell | 0.8x |
| Grapes | 0.5x |
| Lemon | 0.3x |
| Cherries | 0.2x |
| Jokers in view | Super Prize |
|---|---|
| 2, during Super Joker Mode | 2x to 600x |
| 3 | 100x to 600x |
| 4 or more | 600x |
All figures are bet multiples, and the fruit rows list three of a kind and nothing shorter.
