About Game

Money Cart 4 Overview

Money Cart 4 intro screen with five feature panels under the logo
Five intro panels under the silver-and-orange logo and its slanted gold 4 set out the Collector, Payer, Sniper, Adjacent Collector, and Adjacent Payer, with the Sniper’s panel saying it doubles the values of 3 to 8 other symbols.

What’s left of a Money Train slot once the reels stop paying? In the Money Cart 4 demo, the cart. The rules list no paylines and no symbol paytable, just a re-spin round that 3 or more symbols start, with every value in it counted in coins worth a tenth of the bet. A Bonus Symbol’s 1 to 10 coins is 0.1x to 1x.

The cast in Relax Gaming’s February 2024 Money Cart release is the one Money Train 4 keeps for its bonus round, without the scatter-pays reels around it, so the useful way to judge this slot is against that one.

Slot Features

Three Symbols, Three Re-spins

Money Cart 4 re-spin board with a Sniper tile, coin values and locked rows above and below
SPINS LEFT 2 and TOTAL WIN 26, which is 26 coins or 2.6x; a green SNIPER tile is on row 1, column 3, red-ringed values of 1 to 8 coins (0.1x to 0.8x) are spread over the 6×4 block, and two locked rows wait above and two below, the lower ones with faint Upgrader and Adjacent Collector previews.

Landing 3 or more symbols anywhere on the active reels triggers the round. Gold Persistent symbols can substitute for any symbol when triggering it, and a gold trigger symbol reveals its value and plays its action before the re-spins begin. Triggering awards 3 re-spins, and any additional symbol that lands resets the spins left to 3, the figure the Reset Plus raises.

Eight Rows at Most

The cart opens as a 6×4 block with two locked rows above it and two below. Filling an entire row with symbols opens an additional row, a maximum of four times in a round, and an Unlocker opens a locked row when it lands. The largest cart is 6×8.

The Adjacent Pair

The Adjacent Collector adds the values from the 8 adjacent positions to its own, providing symbols exist there, and the Adjacent Payer adds its value to adjacent symbols, a maximum of 8 positions. Their Persistent versions do the same when that spin ends and on each spin after it.

Shared With the Train

The Collector, Payer, Sniper, and Collector Payer return alongside the Arms Dealer and Upgrader that Money Train 4 explains. An Arms Dealer converts 1 to 4 Bonus Symbols into one of six specials, which then acts. An Upgrader turns 1 to 3 feature symbols into their Persistent versions.

Shapeshifter and Necromancer Limits

After each spin, the Persistent Shapeshifter becomes a Collector, Payer, Sniper, Collector Payer, Arms Dealer, or Unlocker, but the Arms Dealer only if a Bonus Symbol exists for it to target and the Unlocker only if a locked row exists. The Necromancer revives 2 to 7 already used non persistent specials, and its Persistent version 1 to 7 when that spin ends and on every spin that follows, under the same two limits plus a third. An Upgrader comes back only if an upgradable feature symbol other than the triggering Necromancer is present.

Reset Plus

Reset Plus raises the number the spin counter resets to by one. It’s only possible to land 1 Reset Plus per bonus round.

Money Train 4 pays its Bonus values at 1x to 10x the bet. Money Cart 4 pays the same 1 to 10 at a tenth of that and caps at 15,000x, while the row unlocking and the specials list come across intact. Every spin here is a hunt for the 3 symbols that trigger the re-spins, with no reel wins to collect while you wait, so the cart is the whole game. Symbol pays on the reels, a bonus buy, and Money Train 4’s bigger cap are what this one gives up, and that is the trade.

How to Play

Counted in Coins

When the re-spins are over, Money Cart 4 adds up all the coin values present on the grid and pays the total. The plate beside the reels sets 1 coin at 0.1x the bet. Specials reveal a value before they act, and when several are due, they act row by row from the top down, leftmost to rightmost within each row. That order matters for a Collector placed above a Payer, since the Collector acts before the Payer adds anything.

Coins, Bets and RTP

€60 is the top bet Relax lists for this slot, with €0.10 as the minimum. RTP comes in at 96.00%.

Money Cart 4 Against Money Train 4

The two games share a cast, and the table shows where their numbers part. The specials and the row unlocking match, while the symbol pays, the value scale, the buys, and the cap do not.

Frequently Asked Questions

A coin is worth a tenth of the bet. The game shows all values in the re-spin round as coins, so a Bonus Symbol's 1 to 10 coins comes to 0.1x to 1x the bet.
After each spin it turns into a Collector, Payer, Sniper, Collector Payer, Arms Dealer, or Unlocker. It becomes the Arms Dealer only when at least one Bonus Symbol is there for it to target, and an Unlocker only when a locked row exists.
Yes, but only if a locked row exists. Two more revivals have conditions in Money Cart 4. An Arms Dealer needs a Bonus Symbol to target, and an Upgrader needs an upgradable feature symbol other than the Necromancer that triggered it.
The re-spin round ends and pays 150,000 coins, which is 15,000x the bet. That happens as soon as the values add up to 150,000 coins or more.
