Puggy Payout Demo by Eyecon
Eyecon built one slot and gave it a pig, a pug, and a kitten. Puggy Payout is the middle animal, out in February 2018, and it inherits the family sheet without touching a number on it. Felt letters, a studded collar, a heap of tennis balls, and a pug in a purple frame who sits still while the reels do the work. Underneath the artwork are a familiar Eyecon pay table topping out at 96x and up to 25 paylines, plus a free games round that hands over more spins and nothing else. The demo is where that gentleness shows itself fastest.
Free Play Features

The Payout Litter
Three animals, one build. Piggy Payout set the shape, the pug followed it, and Kitty Payout closed the family, with jackpot-network editions of the first two logged as separate games.
What the dog brings is new props. A frisbee for the substitute, a water bowl, bone biscuits, and a dog bed where the pig kept its own clutter. The rules screen behind all three reads the same, so choosing between them comes down to which animal you want looking back at you.
The Pug Scatter
The pug pays from just two scatters, and his wins count against the whole bet, which puts him on a different footing from every other symbol here. Two return 2x, three 5x, four 10x, and five 50x.
Three or more also start the free games. He is the one symbol the frisbee cannot replace, so a pair of pugs and a flat board frequently arrive together.
Free Games Without a Multiplier
What do the free games add to the paytable? Nothing. Land three pugs for 15 games, four for 20, and five for 25, played on the lines and stake that set them off, with a retrigger that can extend a round up to 15 times.
Eyecon lists no maximum win for this slot, so the 96x collar line and the 50x five-pug scatter stand as the largest values the sheet carries, feature or not.
The Frisbee
The frisbee replaces every symbol bar the pug and doubles any line win it joins. It carries no pay in the paytable, so doubling is its entire function. On a sheet whose best line is 96x, that double is the only lever the reels have, and it is a quiet one.
How to Play
Line Wins and Pug Wins

Line wins and scatter wins are paid on different bases here: a line win is a multiple of the stake on one payline, while a Pug scatter win is a multiple of the whole bet. On the table, the five-pug 50x outranks every royal and two of the dog props, the tennis balls and the dog bed, though not the collar, bone biscuits or water bowl.
Up to 25 lines run left to right, set alongside the bet per line from a pair of sliders. Each line pays only its best combination, and the game adds up every line that hits. Once the reels are spinning, nothing else asks for a decision. The Pug and the frisbee do their jobs on their own.
RTP
Anything from $0.01 to $2.50 goes on a spin, the low end being one line at a cent and the top all 25 lines at $0.10. The return is 94.995%, and Eyecon publishes the game at 95% with no second setting behind it, so what the demo runs is what everybody gets. Eyecon rates the volatility Low, which suits five picture symbols paying from two and a top line that stops at 96x. Enchanted Prince uses the same pay table, a sign the numbers predate the dog by several years. Free games use the wager that triggered them, so the stake stops mattering once a round is under way.
Puggy Payout Paytable
Five dog props pay from two matching symbols, while the card royals need three before they pay anything. The Pug’s scatter wins have their own table below.

Ultimate Slots Verdict
Puggy Payout is a classic Eyecon build in a dog costume, and a likeable one. Up to 25 lines pay from two on five picture symbols, the frisbee doubles the lines it completes, and five Pug scatters anywhere are worth 50x. The free games add spins without adding value, which keeps the whole thing in a low gear throughout. If you want the family's quiet, stitched-felt formula with a dog on it, it delivers. If you want something the pig and the kitten don't already do, there's nothing here waiting for you.
✓ What We Like
- Five picture symbols pay from two, so the reels return small amounts often
- The pug pays as a scatter from two and opens the free games from three
- The frisbee doubles any line win it takes part in
- A retrigger can extend a free games round up to 15 times
- The exact return, 94.995%, is stated on the rules screen rather than rounded off
- Bright stitched-felt artwork that stays readable on a small screen
✗ What Could Be Better
- The free games carry no multiplier and change nothing except the number of spins
- The maths is shared with older Eyecon titles, so the dog is the only fresh element
Detailed Review
Gameplay Breakdown
Puggy Payout takes 2.5 out of 5 in this review because everything that decides how it plays was decided before the dog arrived. A collar at 96x, five picture symbols paying from two, 15 to 25 free games with no multiplier attached, a substitute that doubles, and a scatter that pays from two. That list describes several Eyecon classics, and this is the one wearing a pug.
Piggy Payout came first and has the noisier cast, Kitty Payout came last, and the pug sits between them with the calmest artwork of the three. Look across the remainder of the Eyecon catalogue and the same shape keeps appearing under different animals, which is reassuring or repetitive depending on how many of them you have already met.
Everything here is stitched felt, from the fuzzy royals to the plush toys heaped along the bottom of the screen, and the pug himself is painted properly rather than drawn flat. As dog slots go, it is one of the better looking ones, and it understands the audience it was made for.
What it won’t do is surprise anybody. Low volatility and a sheet that pays from two keep small returns arriving, and the free games extend that pattern instead of breaking it, because 15 spins with nothing added to the prizes is just more of the same board. The round can be retriggered up to 15 times, which is generous in length and modest in value. Eyecon publishes no maximum, and with a best line of 96x, there isn’t much for a cap to hold back.
There’s a small psychological pull in the way the Pug lands. Two of him turn up often and pay 2x on their own, so the scatter rarely goes quiet even when the free games don’t follow. The wins between features are usually worth a fraction of the stake, which keeps the balance moving without really moving it forward.
If you want a slot that ticks along quietly, that suits perfectly well, and free play shows the pattern in full before you decide anything. If you’re looking for a reason to pick this over the pig or the kitten, the answer is the dog, and that’s taste rather than design.
