Tombstone Slaughter Demo by Nolimit City
Nine paying spins in a hundred. Nolimit City puts the hit rate on Tombstone Slaughter at 9.39%, and the game works hard for that figure. xRIP voids any spin whose pays add up to less than your stake, so the small change a ways game usually hands back never reaches you. The sixth reel does the other half of the damage, carrying nothing but two-high Revolvers and Character symbols and switching itself off when half a symbol lands there, which cuts you from 324 ways to 162 mid-spin. Free play is how you meet a Wild West slot this hostile without flinching.
Slot Bonus Features
xRIP
Every other rule on this game answers to xRIP. Any spin, in standard play or inside a feature, that totals less than your stake according to the pay table pays out nothing at all. There’s no partial return and no consolation. What that buys is a maths model with all of the stripped-out value pushed upward into the Revolver and the free spins, and you’ll feel both sides of the trade within a few dozen spins.
Slaughter Scatters
The Slaughter Scatter lands on the middle four reels only, and a pair of them isn’t a miss. Two convert into Reel Split Wilds, splitting themselves and every other symbol on their reel in half, so that reel’s symbol count doubles and the ways total jumps with it. Three Scatters take you into the spins proper.
xNudge Wilds
Wilds appear on reels 2 to 5 as stacks that refuse to be half visible. Each one nudges up or down until the full stack shows, and every step it travels adds 1 to its multiplier. Land more than one, and the multipliers add together instead of competing, which is how a board topping out at 3x for six of a symbol reaches figures worth chasing.
Quick Draw
The Revolver only lands on the last reel, and a full one fires 3 to 6 Cylinder features.
- Backstab Wild turns one random paying symbol on reels 2 to 5 Wild, while Shootout Wild turns every copy of one.
- xSplit doubles a random symbol’s size, or doubles an xNudge Wild’s multiplier if it catches one, and Infectious xSplit doubles the size of every copy of a symbol.
- Justice Wild plants an xNudge Wild on a Character’s position and nudges it to the top of the reel, adding 1 to its multiplier with each step.
- Boothill Multiplier picks a Character and gives it a win multiplier drawn from a 20-value list that opens at x5 and finishes at x999.
Slaughter Spins and Massacre Spins
Three Slaughter symbols award 5 Slaughter Spins, and the last reel changes job for the duration. It lands a full Character carrying a multiplier of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 21, or 99, or it lands a Revolver. Four Scatters instead start you with 2 spots on the Revenge Meter filled and the level multipliers upgraded to 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
Bring a Revolver along to the trigger, and you get Massacre Spins, where that Revolver sticks to the last reel; land a full one part-way through Slaughter Spins, and your remaining spins upgrade to Massacre Spins with 2 more added.
Nolimit Booster
Two per-spin boosters exist in the demo. xBet costs 1.2x your stake and guarantees a Slaughter symbol on reel 2, and Super xBet costs 15x and guarantees two of them, which is most of a trigger bought before the reels turn. Neither touches what the symbols pay, so wins still count against your base stake, and both edge the return upward.
How to Play
El Gordo’s Revenge Meter
El Gordo’s Revenge Meter runs under the reel area, and it’s the thing you’re really building. It opens at Level 1 and climbs to Level 5, and the level you’re on sets the starting multiplier for every xNudge Wild that lands, 1 at the bottom rising to 5 at the top.
Bonus symbols drop on reels 2 to 5 and do three jobs at once. Each one adds a spin to the level you’re playing, fills a spot on the meter, and adds 1 to the multipliers waiting at the levels above. Four of them advance the meter, although the new level only kicks in once the spins you already had are played out. That delay is worth watching, because a Bonus symbol landing late is worth more to the level after next than to the one you’re in.
The Sixth Reel

Reel 6 plays by its own rules. It carries only two-high stacked Revolvers and Character symbols, no card ranks at all, and if a half symbol lands there, the reel goes inactive for the spin. The plate beside the reels then reads 162 ways instead of 324, and you’ll see it move often enough to stop being a surprise.
Wins are read from reel one across adjacent reels, each symbol’s pay counting once for every way it completes, with the best win per way taken. You can spin with the button or with the spacebar, which the settings panel lets you switch on. San Quentin 2: Death Row is the obvious second demo from the studio’s heavyweight end.
RTP
Stakes start at €0.10, a thousandth of the biggest bet the game accepts. The RTP is 96.01%, and lower-return settings exist as well, so the version you’re handed isn’t always the top one. Both boosters shift that number up a little, since you’re paying for a better shot at the Scatters rather than for a better pay table. Bankroll-wise, treat this as a game that spends long stretches taking and pays in lumps when the Revolver finally fires.
Demo Paytable
Ten symbols pay, with not much between the best and the worst of them. The daughter tops the table at 3x for six, the four other Characters are just beneath her, and the five card ranks bunch up between 1.2x and 1x for a full six. Because reel 6 only ever shows two-high Characters, one stack there covers the whole reel and counts for both of its rows.
| Symbol | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daughter | 0.5x | 0.7x | 1.5x | 3x |
| Native figure | 0.4x | 0.6x | 1.2x | 2.5x |
| Bearded gunman | 0.4x | 0.6x | 1x | 2x |
| Bowler-hat man | 0.3x | 0.5x | 1x | 2x |
| Braided woman | 0.3x | 0.5x | 0.7x | 1.5x |
| A | 0.2x | 0.4x | 0.6x | 1.2x |
| K | 0.2x | 0.4x | 0.6x | 1.2x |
| Q | 0.1x | 0.2x | 0.5x | 1x |
| J | 0.1x | 0.2x | 0.5x | 1x |
| 10 | 0.1x | 0.2x | 0.5x | 1x |
Ultimate Slots Verdict
Nine paying spins in a hundred is a number most studios would bury. Nolimit City built the game around it instead, and the Revolver, the Cylinder features, and the Revenge Meter are what that bargain pays for.
✓ What We Like
- xRIP is a real design decision, and the value it strips out is visibly returned through the Revolver
- A full Revolver fires 3 to 6 Cylinder features at once, so no two draws rebuild the board the same way
- The Revenge Meter gives the free spins a direction beyond a spin counter ticking down
- xBet at 1.2x is a cheap way to see the Slaughter Scatters more often
✗ What Could Be Better
- Nothing below your stake pays, so small hits and near misses both come back as zero
- Reel 6 going inactive drops you to 162 ways with no warning and nothing in return
Detailed Review
What the Tombstone Slaughter Demo is Like
Six of the best symbol pay three times your stake. That’s the figure the whole design hangs off, because the Boothill Multiplier can hand a single Character x999 on its own, and the xNudge Wilds are adding their multipliers together before the Revolver has fired anything at all. The pay table isn’t where the money is kept.
The art sells it. The frontier is lit like something burning, the daughter’s portrait glowing red against washed-out timber and a saloon sign in the smoke behind the reels. Nolimit City has a shelf full of games that look furious, and you can work through them on the studio’s hub, but this one looks like it’s halfway through the job rather than posing for the poster. There’s a small extra built into the presentation, too. Tap or click the screen, and you can fire up to six bullets into the grid. Each hit triggers a reaction too, the characters flinch, blood splatters across the symbols, and every shot leaves cracked glass on the screen.
The drawbacks are easy to spot. The overwhelming majority of spins give you nothing back, the Revenge Meter asks for four Bonus symbols per level, and Level 5 is a long way from Level 1 when the meter only moves during a feature you rarely reach. Plenty of players will find the dry stretches unbearable, and that reaction is a fair reading of the maths rather than impatience. Super xBet at 15x exists because the studio knows it too, and paying that much per spin to skip part of the wait tells you plenty about how long the wait usually runs.
What keeps it honest is that the game never pretends otherwise. xRIP is written on the splash screen, the ways counter drops in front of you, and the Revolver is parked on the last reel the entire time as a visible promise. Nothing about the design hides what it’s doing to you, which is rarer than it sounds in this corner of the catalogue. Free play is the right way to find out whether nine paying spins in a hundred suits you, and no review will settle that for you.
