About Game

Dinopolis Demo by Push Gaming

Dinopolis uses a reel shape that Lucky Clucks and Deadwood players will recognise, five reels laid out 3-4-4-4-3 with 576 ways. This dinosaur slot divides those reels in two, giving Dino Coins to reels 1 and 5 and Wild Multipliers to the three in the middle. The 576 ways are a starting count, and the Dino Bonus is where the game grows.

The key art shows a T-Rex in a tuxedo and sunglasses with a cocktail. Push Gaming released Dinopolis in April 2021, and most of its design goes into the bonus, where each pick changes the spins that come after it.

Bonus Features in Free Play

Outer-Reel Dino Coins

Reels 1 and 5 are the Dino Coin reels, and a coin there is worth up to 1000x. The outer pair has a job of its own, separate from the wilds in the middle.

Middle-Reel Wild Multipliers

Wild Multipliers land on reels 2, 3, and 4 at 2x or 3x, and each one adds ways on its reel. The bonus scatters use the same three reels, so the reels that supply the wilds are also the way into the bonus.

The Two-Card Pick

Three scatters start the Dino Bonus, and its first step is a pick. You choose 2 cards, one giving a feature pick prize while the second sets how many free spins you’ll get. Once the spins begin, Dino Collector Coins that glow can appear and fill a meter beside the reels, and a full meter moves the bonus up a level with better pick features, so those first two cards begin a bonus that keeps adding to itself.

Five Collector Levels

The meter takes 5 Dino Collector Coins per level, and there are 5 levels in all. Progress comes in fives, and each level improves the picks, so the bonus builds the longer it runs.

The Golden Card adds 2 more feature-prize picks and then a random number of free spins, and it appears no more than once in each Dino Bonus.

Sticky Stack Wilds

A Sticky Stack Wild stays on its reel until the Dino Bonus ends, so one picked early works on every remaining spin.

Its multiplier can go up to 7x. Multiplier Booster cards raise it, either on a single reel or on all reels.

Each pick and each held wild makes the rest of the Dino Bonus better, which makes the bonus the part of Dinopolis that carries the design. Push’s best recorded Dinopolis result is 50,000x. It joins the dinosaur slots on the site with a reel split that gives each part of the grid its own job.

How to Play

RTP Versions

Dinopolis has an RTP of 96.40% in its main version, and casinos can also run a lower version at 93.95%. The two versions share a name, so the figure a player gets depends on which one the casino chose.

Ways Payouts

The reels are set out 3-4-4-4-3, so the two end reels have 3 rows and the three middle reels have 4. Wins come from 576 ways across that shape, and a win needs at least 3 of a kind.

The same reel shape appears in the barnyard 3-4-4-4-3 of Lucky Clucks and in Deadwood, both with 576 ways, so the grid will look familiar to anyone arriving from either. What changes here is the job each reel does.

Wild Multipliers of 2x or 3x land on the four-row reels, and each one adds ways on its reel. That makes 576 the count for a spin with no wild in view, and a wild on reel 2, 3, or 4 raises it for that spin. The three scatters that open the Dino Bonus land on those reels too.

The three-row reels at the ends belong to the Dino Coins, worth up to 1000x apiece. Coins and wilds use different reels, so neither takes space from the other. With the coin values on the outside and the wilds and scatters in the middle, the edges tell you about coins while the centre tells you about wilds and the bonus.

Within the Dino Bonus, a Sticky Stack Wild covers the whole reel it lands on and counts as one symbol there. Because it stays on its reel until the free spins end, the reel it covers is settled for every spin that follows.
