Flight Mode Demo by Nolimit City
Flight Mode ships in more than one version, and the return is not the same in each. The best build runs at 96.07%. The lowest runs at 84.06%. Twelve points separate them, on a game capped at 5,051x whose strongest symbol pays 1x for six. The Nolimit City release date was June 2025, and the free demo here uses the best of them. Six reels cascade over 729 ways, a multiplier meter climbs above them, and a fourth row of six locked Max Win cells waits under the board for a Bomb to open it.
Free Play Features
Cascades and the Next Multiplier
Every win explodes its own symbols and lets new ones fall into the gaps. Each win also adds one to the NEXT MULTIPLIER meter above the reels, and the symbols that drop in arrive carrying that value. Symbol multipliers add together rather than compounding, so a long cascade builds its total in readable steps. The meter is what makes a small win matter. Three lighters, for example, pay 0.1x on their own, but four cascades deep, with multipliers attached, the same shape returns several times more, and those values stay on the board while the chain continues.
Bombs and the Max Win Row
Bombs wait on the reels and do nothing while wins keep landing. When a spin produces no winning combination, every Bomb on screen explodes, clearing all regular paying symbols on its own reel and its own row so new ones drop in. Wilds and the Scatter survive the blast.
The explosion also does something underneath the board. Each Bomb unlocks the Max Win cell on its reel, and six of those cells stay locked in the bottom row, one per reel. Open all six, and the game awards the 5,051x cap outright. Two red passports open with four belts still fastened is a normal mid-round picture, and it is the clearest reading a player gets of how far a round has travelled.
xHole
xHole activates only on a spin that has nothing else to give: no win, no Bomb, and no Multiplier Increaser. It pulls every symbol off the main reels, spits them back to random positions with the next multiplier value attached, then becomes a Wild carrying that same value. It is the studio’s tidiest use of a dead spin. A blank board can still hand you a fresh layout and a tagged Wild to build from.
Multiplier Increasers
A Multiplier Increaser adds its value to the meter the moment it lands, then removes itself. They come at 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, and 10x. The Golden version does not add a fixed amount. It doubles whatever the next multiplier already reads, so it is worth most after a cascade run has already done the groundwork and worth 2x on a cold board.
Flee Spins
Flee Spins work as one long build rather than a set of separate attempts. Progress towards the next multiplier is kept from spin to spin instead of resetting, and once the Max Win symbol unlocks, it stays unlocked for the rest of the feature, so everything you gain across 6 to 12 spins adds up. Getting in takes three Scatters for 6, four for 9, or five for 12, and the round lands about once every 209 spins. Nowhere else in the game does the meter get this much room to climb.
Bonus Booster and Extra Spin
The Bonus Booster costs 3.3x the stake per spin and guarantees a Scatter on reel 2. Taking it moves the return a hundredth of a point, to 96.06%, and the symbol pays do not change.
The Extra Spin offer works differently. When a round ends on a win, an extra spin sometimes goes on offer, keeping the multiplier tags from the spin before and priced off whatever the meter reads. It appears only when that price is no higher than the win just made, and no Scatter can land during it.
How to Play
The Locked Fourth Row

Six MAX WIN cells fill a fourth row below the board, one under each reel, locked behind a seatbelt graphic at the start of every spin. Nothing at the bet level opens them. Only a Bomb explosion unlocks the cell on its own reel, and because Bombs fire on non-winning spins, the row fills during the flat patches. Open all six, and the round ends on the cap.
The board above is six reels and three rows at 729 ways. A win starts on reel 1 and runs across touching reels, with the symbol’s table value paid per way rather than per line.
RTP and Stakes
Bets go from €0.20 up to a studio top setting of €280. Free demo play uses the best build; the lower ones exist and the table below carries them. Flight Mode’s own volatility badge reads High, which makes it the rare Nolimit City slot whose splash screen does not announce something more extreme than this site’s own High rating.

The cap is 5,051x, awarded when a round’s total passes it and awarded outright once all six Max Win cells are unlocked. Against the studio’s other releases, that looks small; Nolimit City normally works in tens and hundreds of thousands. Scaling down is deliberate here, and the Max Win row keeps a modest limit in view rather than reducing it to a footnote.
Slot Paytable
Nine symbols pay, and the spread between best and worst is narrow. The life vest tops the table at 1x for six. The lobster, the bowling ball, the mobile phone, and the lighter step down from it evenly, and the four card ranks are flat at 0.05x for three, separating only at the six-symbol tier. The Wild and the Scatter are not in the table at all.

Ultimate Slots Verdict
Flight Mode pairs a small cap with a dense feature set, and the build range matters more than either. Free play uses the best version, and away from it, the maths thins out fast. The Max Win row is the reason to spend an hour here.
✓ What We Like
- The six Max Win cells turn a 5,051x cap into something you watch fill up, one reel at a time
- The next multiplier meter keeps its progress through cascades and carries it across Flee Spins
- Bombs, xHole, Multiplier Increasers, and a Golden doubler all feed each other, which is a lot of feature for a low-cap game
- Suitcase and airline art with a proper sense of humour, down to an aircraft-toilet Wild
✗ What Could Be Better
- The build range runs from 96.07% down to 84.06% and nothing on screen says which one you have
- A top symbol paying 1x for six leaves the base game doing very little without the meter
Detailed Review
What the Flight Mode Demo is Like
Nolimit City normally builds towards caps in the tens or hundreds of thousands. Flight Mode stops at 5,051x. That one figure sets the terms for everything else, and it is why the game reads as a smaller proposition than the studio’s headline releases even though it carries as many moving parts as most of them.
The number that deserves more attention is the return, because this game does not have a single one. The strongest build and the weakest sit 12 points apart. Twelve points is a wider gap than most studios open between their highest and lowest settings, and on a game whose cap is already modest, a low build strips out the part of the maths that was doing the work. Nothing on the reels tells you which version you are on. Free play here uses the highest of them, which is the sensible reason to spend time with the demo before anything else.
What the design does with a small cap counts for something. Six Max Win cells turn 5,051x from an abstract limit into a row of objects on the board that fill one reel at a time, and they fill when a spin has gone badly rather than well. Most low-cap games ask you to take the number on trust. This one shows you two of six open and lets you count what is left.
Nolimit City has flown this route before with AFK Airport Security. Here, card ranks are scrawled on battered suitcases, the premium symbols are a life vest, a lobster, a bowling ball, an ancient mobile phone, and a lighter, the Wild is an aircraft toilet, and the Scatter is a rubber duck with a security tick stamped on it. The cheap comedy of it holds up across a long stretch of free rounds.
Where it lands depends on what you want from it. As a Nolimit City flagship, it underdelivers, because the cap never lets a round get properly out of hand, and the Flee Spins round has to carry most of the game’s value on its own. As a cascade game with a max win you can see on the board and a meter that accumulates, it holds up well. That split is what this review keeps returning to, and the rating reflects both halves of it.
