Galaxsys was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia, operating under Digitain (MT) Limited with licences from the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, and regulatory certifications across Croatia, Romania, Greece, and Peru. The studio built its early reputation on crash games like Ninja Crash and Rocketon, and on skill-based titles including digital adaptations of backgammon, dominoes, and the original card game Hokm. It won Fast Games Provider of the Year at the SiGMA Europe Awards in 2022 and has accumulated further recognition at the Starlet Awards, Romanian Gambling Industry Grand Awards, and BSG Awards. The catalogue uses Quantum Random Number Generators from ID Quantique rather than conventional RNG systems, with hash-based verification that allows players to confirm game randomness after each round.
The shift into slots began in earnest in 2025. El Dorado launched in March of that year and drove sufficient uptake for Galaxsys to announce plans to release up to 50 slot titles across 2026, a significant pivot for a studio that had previously focused almost entirely on the fast games category. Titles already in the slots catalogue include Olympian Legends, which uses cascading symbols and Greek mythology themes, Gates of Asgard with its nine-realm progression and multipliers up to 7,000x, Funny Faces: Hoglet-Moglet, and Hungry Wolf. The studio distributes through SoftGamings, REEVO, Hub88, and QTech Games among others, with a partner network covering over 150 operators globally.
