Playson has built a sizeable catalogue of Hold and Win clover slots, but 4 Supercharged Clovers: Hold and Win is not a gentle evolution of that formula. Released in February 2026, it runs two distinct bonus modes on a standard 5×3 grid and an expanded 5×5 Super Bonus Game, then layers three separate Clover Feature types across both. The free play demo is a worthwhile way to get acquainted with how those layers interact before any real stakes are involved.
Three types of Feature Clover symbols drive the bonus structure, each linked to a different feature. Pink Feature Clovers carry the Multi Feature, blue Feature Clovers carry the Collect Feature, and green Feature Clovers carry the Mystery Feature. None of them pay anything in the main game. Their purpose is to trigger the Bonus Game and load it with the features they represent. The combination of Feature Clovers that activated the Bonus Game determines which features run, so the colour mix on the triggering spin has a direct bearing on what happens inside.
Regular golden Clover Symbols are separate from Feature Clovers. They appear throughout the Bonus Game and display cash values of 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x, 9x, 10x, or 12x the total bet. A diamond Super Clover Symbol sits at the top of the hierarchy. It triggers the Super Bonus Game when it lands in the main game, and within the Bonus Game it receives a random value of 7x, 8x, 9x, or 10x the bet. The Red 7 Wild substitutes for all regular-paying symbols but cannot replace any Clover type or Jackpot symbol, and it is restricted to reels 2 through 5 only.
When a Clover Pile activates during the Bonus Game, it lands additional regular Clover Symbols on the reels until the total Clover count on the grid reaches six. Each Pile collects Feature Clovers of its matching colour from the reels. If an Extra Feature Symbol lands during the Bonus Game, it randomly transforms into a pink, blue, or green Feature Clover, which then either activates a new Clover Pile Feature or adds to an existing one.
Each pink Feature Clover appearing during the Multi Feature places multipliers of x2, x3, and x5 across three empty cells. When a symbol subsequently lands on a multiplier cell, that multiplier duplicates its value onto another empty cell. If no empty cells without multipliers or symbols remain, multipliers may land on other multipliers and their values add together. All multipliers are applied to symbol values at the end of the Bonus Game, before collection.
Each blue Feature Clover appearing during the Collect Feature gathers all symbol values currently visible on the reels and adds them to its own value. Any multipliers on the grid are applied to symbol values before that collection takes place.
Each green Feature Clover appearing during the Mystery Feature awards one of the following at random. Outcomes include the Mini Jackpot (15x), the Minor Jackpot (30x), the Major Jackpot (100x), or a multiplier prize drawn from 20x, 25x, 40x, 50x, or 75x the total bet. The result for each green clover is determined independently.
The Bonus Game opens with 3 respins. Each new symbol that lands resets the counter to 3. The round ends when the respin count reaches zero or all cells on the grid are filled. When the game concludes, all symbol values are summed and paid out. Filling all 15 cells awards the Grand Jackpot of 3,000x the total bet.
Landing the Super Clover Symbol in the main game gives a chance to trigger the Super Bonus Game. The grid expands from 5×3 to 5×5 by adding one empty row above and one below, while any Clover Symbols from the triggering spin remain in place. The feature mix works the same way as the standard Bonus Game, with Multi, Collect, or Mystery available individually or in combination. Completing the 5×3 Grand Section within the Super Bonus Game awards the Grand Jackpot of 3,000x. Filling all 25 cells awards the Super Jackpot of 10,000x, though at that point only the Super Jackpot value is added to the Total Win. Individual symbol values accumulated during the round are not paid separately when the full grid is achieved.
The Mini (15x), Minor (30x), and Major (100x) jackpots are triggered by the random appearance of the corresponding Clover Symbols during the Bonus Game, not by filling cells. The Grand Jackpot at 3,000x requires either completing the 15-cell grid in the standard Bonus Game or filling the 5×3 Grand Section in the Super Bonus Game.
Two bonus purchase options are available. The standard Bonus Game entry costs 70x the bet and delivers a randomly configured Bonus Game with one, two, or three Clover Feature Symbols already in play. The Super Bonus Game entry costs 150x the bet and delivers the expanded 5×5 mode with one, two, or three Feature Clovers. Neither purchase guarantees a specific feature combination.
Values below are shown at 1x the total bet and scale proportionally with stake. Five paylines are fixed. Only the highest win per payline is paid, and wins run left to right from consecutive symbols.

Bet range is not confirmed from the available screenshots. The maximum reward in any round is capped at 15,000x the total bet. If the round total reaches that limit before it ends naturally, the game stops immediately and pays the reward.
