Iron Bank Basics

Palms, a blue P parking sign, and a cream colonial bank with IRON BANK carved above it line a sunny, hazy street. Then, the top symbol arrives, a snarling bull in a mustard-yellow suit jacket, and the Iron Bank demo becomes a heist. The best way pays 50x, six BONUS vault doors pay 2,000x, and Relax lists the top win at 49,998.9x. Between those figures are wild multipliers, on regular spins and in two of the three free spins modes.
This is a November 2020 heist slot by Relax, made with CasinoGrounds. Its sequel, Iron Bank 2, followed in December 2025 with the same three free spins modes.
Demo Slot Features
Random Bonus Symbols
At the start of any main game spin, the game may add 1 to 3 BONUS symbols to the reels before they stop. That raises the chance of seeing the three doors that open free spins.
Random Mystery Symbols
Mystery symbols can be added at the start of a spin, too. The game area dims first, then red question-mark cards spin through the reels, and once the reels stop, every mystery symbol in view turns into the same symbol.
Full Reel Wilds
A Full Reel Wild can land on any of reels 2 to 5, covering the whole reel with the spotted cat in a green military shirt and trousers, a cigar, and a shovel over his shoulder. Each has a multiplier from x2 to x10, and when more than one contributes to a win, they multiply each other.
Free Spins Modes
Three or more BONUS vault doors open free spins, and four, five, or six also award 20x, 200x, and 2,000x the stake. After that, you pick a mode.
| Mode | Free spins | What happens | Extension |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mystery Symbols | 8 | A random symbol sticks as a mystery symbol on reels 2 to 6 | +1 spin per reel filled with mystery symbols |
| Expanding Wilds | 10 | Wilds on reels 3 and 4 expand, award a re-spin and gain +1 multiplier per win | Re-spins go on as long as a win is made or a second wild lands on reel 3 or 4 |
| Multiplier Collect | 12 | Crates on reels 2 to 5 add 1 to 3 coconuts; every 2 raise that reel’s wild multiplier by 1 | +3 spins when a meter’s 3 red notches fill |
In Multiplier Collect, a wild with a multiplier works like a stack of as many wilds as its multiplier number.
Buy Feature
The Buy Feature costs 100 times the reference bet and opens the free spins selection screen, so you still select the mode of your choice. Its theoretical return is 97.00%, a step above regular spins.
How to Play
Ways That Multiply

Iron Bank’s 4,096 ways reward stacking, because several matching symbols on one reel contribute to the win multiplicatively. A way starts on the leftmost reel and needs the symbol on three or more adjacent reels, in any position. The game pays only the longest matching combination for each symbol.
Wilds appear on reels 2 to 6, not reel 1, and substitute for all normal symbols, so a way opens with the real symbol on the leftmost reel. The paytable lists no row for the Wild, and the BONUS vault door pays by how many land, from four to six.
The frame above shows an x2 Full Reel Wild across reel 5, the spotted cat holding a sack of gem eggs, with cigar boxes stacked on reel 1. Had a second Full Reel Wild joined it in a win, the two multipliers would have multiplied each other.
When three or more doors land, or after a buy through the purple BUY FEATURE sign left of the reels, the free spins selection screen appears, and the round starts once you pick a mode. In free play, that choice is the biggest decision Iron Bank hands you, so it pays to read the mode table before the doors arrive.
RTP and Bet Limits
The RTP is 96.20%; Relax lists stakes from €0.10 to €20 a spin.
Ways Paytable
The five letters pay the same for three, four, and five of a kind and split apart at six, while the bull’s six-of-a-kind row is the biggest way pay in the table.

|---|---|---|---|---|

Detailed Review
Iron Bank in Review
Beast Mode, Relax’s February 2022 gym slot, offers Mystery Symbol and Expanding Wild free spins in its own three-mode choice. Iron Bank came first, in November 2020, and its third mode, Multiplier Collect, is the one worth the decision.
That decision arrives every time the doors open, and this review’s answer is Multiplier Collect. It gives you 12 spins, crates that add 1 to 3 coconuts above reels 2 to 5, a wild multiplier that rises by 1 for every 2 coconuts on its reel, and 3 more spins whenever all 3 red notches on a meter fill. The stack rule settles it, since a wild with a multiplier works like a stack of as many wilds. On a ways game that already multiplies stacked symbols, an x4 wild counting four times over is the smartest thing Iron Bank does.
Mystery Symbols is the short gamble at 8 spins. The game picks the sticky symbol at random, and with six-of-a-kind pays ranging from 50x down to 0.4x, that pick matters. Expanding Wilds, at 10 spins, is the middle road. Its expanding wilds are limited to reels 3 and 4, but its re-spins continue as long as a win is made or a second wild lands there, and a win through both wilds takes both multipliers.
The art backs the premise. The spotted cat in his gold cartridge bandolier, the bull in a suit, and the silver vault doors hang together as a bank-heist crime caper on a colonial street. Between bonuses, regular spins come down to waiting on three random features the rules say may or can appear at the start of any spin, and that wait is the least interesting part of Iron Bank.
The top end is the weak spot. The game’s rules state no win cap, and the maximum comes from Relax rather than the screen.
So is the mode screen worth the wait? Yes, as long as you choose Multiplier Collect when it appears.
