True Kult Demo by Nolimit City
Six reels are laid out in the grass, and the sixth one is nailed shut. Planks and creeper cover it, the stone beside the grid reads WAYS 243, and bare feet ring the board. Two Scatters tear the boards off. True Kult keeps its biggest numbers behind that barricade, and it hands over the key mid-round, no bonus required.
Slot Features
The Boarded Sixth Reel
At rest, this is a 6×3 horror slot paying 243 ways, with reel 6 out of action. Two Scatters on reels 2 to 5 unlock it until the round is done, and the counter jumps to 729. The two symbols carrying the game’s real upside land on that reel alone.
Baptism By Fire
A stacked symbol arrives face down and burns away to reveal one Devotee, the same type all the way down, or a Scatter. Within the bonus modes, it reveals Skull Wilds instead.
True Believer Wilds
The True Believer symbol is three high and lands on reel 6 alone, so it needs the boards off. It turns low rune cards on reels 2 to 5 Wild at random, then becomes a Devotee itself. Wilds count as any paying symbol.
Tarot Multipliers
Also reel 6, also dependent on the reel being open. A Tarot symbol has a ways multiplier of x5, x10, x15, x20, x25, x50, or x99 and reveals a Devotee behind it, which then pays with that multiplier attached.
All Seeing Eye Frames
Frames cover reels 2 to 5 during the bonus modes and cut anything landing inside them into two symbols. They move at random every spin, and each Skull Wild adds another.
The Seance
It takes three Scatters to get in, and you start with 7 spins, three frames active and reel 6 open throughout. Left alone, the modes arrive about once every 219 spins. Each Skull Wild adds a spin and a frame, and a Scatter on that open sixth reel moves play into Sacrifice Spins.
Sacrifice Spins
Four Scatters award 10 spins and four frames. Stickiness is the difference that matters. A collected Tarot multiplier stays with its Devotee to the last spin here, whereas The Seance passes one on and drops it.
xBet
The lightning bolt beside the reels switches on Nolimit City’s booster. It costs 3x the bet every spin and shortens the wait for either mode, with symbol pays unchanged by the surcharge.
How to Play
From 243 Ways to 729

While reel 6 is boarded the game plays at 243 ways, and two Scatters on reels 2 to 5 lift it to 729. That expansion holds to the end of the round whether or not a bonus mode follows. A win needs the same symbol on neighbouring reels counting from the first, and every duplicate of that symbol on a reel multiplies how many ways it has.
Only the best combination on any one way is paid. Six of a kind is on the pay table for all ten symbols, yet it cannot happen at 243 ways, so the open reel changes the maths and not just the width of the board. When the boards come off, reel 6 arrives stocked unlike the other five, holding three-stacked True Believers and the Tarot symbols and nothing that pays on its own.
Scatters never land on reel 1 or reel 6 in normal play, which puts the whole trigger in the hands of the four middle reels. Two of them change the board, three award The Seance, and four award Sacrifice Spins. Skull Wilds exist only within the modes, so outside them, you are playing a bare 243-ways slot with five Devotees, five rune cards, and a single flaming Wild.
True Kult RTP
True Kult accepts anything from €0.20 to €100 a spin. Return to player sits at 96.06%. The game brands its own volatility Extreme, and with a barricaded reel holding the multipliers out of play for long stretches, we rate it High.
Left Hand Path is the name the game gives its 23,237x cap, and getting near it takes the Tarot ladder and the frames working together across a full bonus mode. Steps through the range are small and even, so a 243-ways board and a 729-ways board cost exactly the same to spin.
Symbol Pays
Every symbol has a six-of-a-kind row, and that column is unreachable until reel 6 opens. The professor heads the Devotees at 5x for six, and the five rune cards are packed so tightly that the entire low band covers 0.10x to 0.30x at three of a kind. Devotee pays are close together as well, 5x down to 2.75x for six, which leaves the distance between symbols in the ways count rather than in the table. Figures are multiples of the bet, per way.
| Symbol | 6 | 5 | 4 | 3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professor | 5x | 4x | 1.5x | 0.75x |
| Occultist | 4x | 3x | 1.25x | 0.6x |
| Witch | 3.5x | 2.5x | 1.1x | 0.5x |
| Kult youth | 3x | 2x | 1x | 0.45x |
| Blindfolded initiate | 2.75x | 1.5x | 0.9x | 0.4x |
| A rune | 2.5x | 1.25x | 0.75x | 0.3x |
| K | 2.25x | 1.15x | 0.65x | 0.25x |
| V | 2x | 1.1x | 0.6x | 0.2x |
| L | 1.75x | 1.05x | 0.55x | 0.15x |
| T cross | 1.5x | 1x | 0.5x | 0.1x |
The Wild, the Scatter, Baptism By Fire, True Believer, and the Tarot symbols are not paying symbols; their value is what they do to the symbols that are.
Ultimate Slots Verdict
A slot built around a locked door, and the door opens far more often than the bonus does. Two Scatters are worth more here than on almost any other ways game, because they change the board instead of just edging you nearer a mode. Shut, it pays small and flat. Open, the x99 step and the splitting frames make 23,237x look like a real number.
✓ What We Like
- Two Scatters open reel 6 until the round is over, so a near-miss on the bonus still improves the board
- The Tarot ladder runs seven steps to x99 and the collected multiplier is sticky for all of Sacrifice Spins
- All Seeing Eye frames move every spin and each Skull Wild adds another one
- A full-strength return behind a 23,237x cap on a layout that starts at 243 ways
- xBet at 3x the bet gives a direct route into both modes
- Art plays the cult story in broad daylight rather than the usual candlelit horror set
✗ What Could Be Better
- With reel 6 boarded, the main game is a plain 243-ways slot topping out at 5x with no multiplier
- Both modes are brief at 7 and 10 spins, and a retrigger needs a Skull Wild to show up
- 23,237x is mid-table among this studio's caps, and the Tarot ladder stops at x99
Detailed Review
Slot Review
The frame shows daylight on a meadow, five beaming Devotees with a rune cut into their foreheads, and a ring of bare feet around the edge of the grid, which is about as far from candlelit gloom as horror art gets.
Underneath the cheerfulness is a barricade. Nolimit City built a six-reel game and then took a reel away, so the version you meet first is a 243-ways slot with a 5x top symbol and no multiplier anywhere on it. Everything that makes 23,237x plausible, the True Believer Wilds and the seven-step Tarot ladder, is parked on the reel you cannot reach, and two Scatters are the only key to it.
That is a smarter piece of design than it sounds, because the key is cheap. Two Scatters fall short of a bonus, and the game rewards the shortfall by opening the reel anyway. Spins that would have gone down as misses on any other ways game turn into 729-way spins with the multiplier reel live, and the opened reel stays open until the round finishes. Across free play, that is the rhythm you settle into. Not the wait for 3 Scatters, but the small jolt when a second one lands.
The symbols do little to help while the barricade is up. Five Devotees separated by fractions, five rune cards separated by less, and a top row that cannot be filled at all. A 243-ways game paying 5x at best for six of a kind is, by the sheet, one of the flatter things this studio has built, and the opening reel is the only answer to that reading.
Whether it carries a whole session is a fairer question. With the reel shut, the main game is thin, a 0.1x to 5x pay table with nothing to lift it, and both modes are brief at 7 and 10 spins with retriggers resting on Skull Wilds appearing. Sacrifice Spins is where the design finally clicks, because a sticky multiplier and four roaming frames compound each other, whereas The Seance can spend a multiplier on one symbol and move on. The gap between 7 spins and 10 spins understates the gap between the modes.
What this review keeps returning to is the barricade, and what it costs the game when nobody gets through it. Mental 2 is the studio’s other horror title here, and the wider range is on the Nolimit City provider hub. Against that company, 23,237x is mid-table and the x99 top step is modest. True Kult stands on the idea instead, which is a slot that makes you want a near-miss.
