Eternal Clash Demo by Octoplay

Eternal Clash opens like a fight poster. Gaia, Arcanos, and Crimerra glow in three panels across a chrome VS from Corruptus, a white dragon, under red rain and a purple-pink storm. Tap through, and the demo opens on a bright harbour of turquoise sea and red-tiled pagoda roofs. The fight comes later, and nobody counts spins when it does. Showdown Spins lasts until a Health bar of 1000 to 2500 points hits 0, or until the round reaches its cap.
Drawn in anime style, it pits three fantasy heroes against a white dragon. Gaia wears green-and-white armour under long dark-green hair, Arcanos has silver-lavender hair and a high-collared black coat, and Crimerra’s wavy auburn hair frames dangling red earrings. Six rounded diamond tiles in green, blue, purple, brown, red, and yellow carry the numerals I to VI. Octoplay released the game in January 2024.
Slot Bonus Features
Big Symbols

When a reel is filled from top to bottom with symbols of the same character, the four merge into one big symbol. It counts as 4 individual symbols and applies x2 to all win lines it’s part of. The frame below shows Arcanos filling reel 4.
The Sword Wild
The Wild is a 1×4 sword that may land on the reels, and it substitutes every other symbol except Scatter symbols. A plain one has a green gem and the word WILD, and others may carry x2 (pink gem) or x5 (orange gem, gold hilt), applied to all win lines the sword is part of.
Showdown Spins
Land 3 or more Bonus Symbols in the same spin, and Showdown Spins starts with 1000 Health Points, plus 500 for each Bonus Symbol above three, capped at 2500. The slot changes to a 6×1 grid where the only things that can land are allied characters, Swords of Power, enemy characters, or empty tiles, and characters lock in place. Once both sides have locked in, allies take turns, the one closest to the enemy starts, and each attacks the closest enemy. Both fighters lose Attack Power equal to the other’s, a character at 0 is destroyed, and enemies pay their Cash Prize when that happens.
The Roster
| Character | Side | Attack Power | Cash Prize | Maximum Cash Prize |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gaia | Ally | 50 | – | – |
| Arcanos | Ally | 100 | – | – |
| Crimerra | Ally | 200 | – | – |
| Shadow | Enemy | 25 | 5x | 250x |
| Gillsbane | Enemy | 100 | 10x | 500x |
| Infernix | Enemy | 250 | 25x | 1,250x |
| Blazethorn | Enemy | 500 | 250x | 10,000x |
| Corruptus | Enemy | 700 | 500x | 10,000x |
Crimerra, your strongest ally, lands with 200 Attack Power, against 500 for Blazethorn and 700 for Corruptus.
Swords of Power
Swords of Power may land during Showdown Spins and buff all allied characters currently present on the reels. The green-gem sword adds +50 Attack Power, the pink one +100 and x2, and the orange one +250 and x5. A buffed ally applies its multiplier to the cash prizes of any enemies it destroys, and allies can be buffed several times. Allies also grow by 5 Attack Power when the only characters locked on the reels are allied ones and no new enemy lands.
End of a Fight
If all allied characters are destroyed while enemies that haven’t attacked yet in that round remain, those enemies hit the Health bar instead, deducting their Attack Power from it. Showdown Spins ends when the Health bar reaches 0, or when the MAX WIN of 12,000x is reached.
How to Play
Six Reels, 25 Lines
A sixth reel gives the Eternal Clash paytable a six-of-a-kind column, and that’s where each symbol pays its most. Wins form on 25 fixed lines and count from reel 1 rightwards across neighbouring reels, with three in a row as the shortest paying run. Each reel shows 4 rows in regular play, and a Big Symbol counts as 4 symbols with x2 on any win line it’s part of.
Before any multiplier, the three heroes head the table. Crimerra pays 20x for six, Arcanos 15x, and Gaia 10x, while the best rune, the yellow VI, stops at 8x. A line of six Crimerras that includes a Crimerra Big Symbol takes its x2 as well. The Sword Wild, which may carry x2 or x5, stands in for all of them.
Bonus Buy RTP
Pick a stake no lower than €0.10 and no higher than €80. The game’s RTP is 95.70%, and buying Showdown Spins through the Buy Feature lifts it to 95.77%. In free play, none of it costs you anything.
Game Paytable
Heroes pay from 1x to 20x and runes from 0.2x to 8x, with three of a kind as the smallest win. The heroes’ six-of-a-kind pays are the only ones in double figures, and the green rune’s 0.2x for three is the lowest pay on the table.
| Symbol | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Crimerra | 2x | 4x | 8x | 20x |
| Arcanos | 1.5x | 3x | 6x | 15x |
| Gaia | 1x | 2x | 4x | 10x |
| Yellow rune VI | 0.8x | 1.6x | 3.2x | 8x |
| Red rune V | 0.6x | 1.2x | 2.4x | 6x |
| Brown rune IV | 0.5x | 1x | 2x | 5x |
| Purple rune III | 0.4x | 0.8x | 1.6x | 4x |
| Blue rune II | 0.3x | 0.6x | 1.2x | 3x |
| Green rune I | 0.2x | 0.4x | 0.8x | 2x |
You won’t find the Sword Wild or the Bonus Symbols in this table, as neither has a pay value listed.
Ultimate Slots Verdict
4.4/5. Showdown Spins swaps a spin count for a Health bar of 1000 to 2500 points and a fight you can follow tile by tile, with every character's numbers listed. The plain 25-line game around it keeps the score off 4.5.
✓ What We Like
- Showdown Spins has no spin count and runs on a Health bar instead, starting at 1000 points with 500 more for each Bonus Symbol above three, up to 2500.
- Every enemy's Attack Power, Cash Prize, and Maximum Cash Prize is listed, from Shadow's 5x Cash Prize to Corruptus's 500x.
- Attack order is easy to follow, since allies take turns, the one closest to the enemy starts, and each attacks the closest enemy.
- Swords of Power may land and buff all allies currently present, and the strongest adds +250 Attack Power with x5 on the cash prizes of enemies the buffed ally destroys.
- Big Symbols give regular play something to watch, as a reel filled with one character becomes a single symbol that counts as 4 with x2.
- A Sword Wild may land carrying x2 or x5, and that multiplier applies to all win lines it is part of.
✗ What Could Be Better
- Before multipliers, six Crimerras at 20x are the top of the line table.
- If all allies are destroyed, enemies that haven't attacked yet that round hit the Health bar of 1000 to 2500 points, and Corruptus lands with 700 Attack Power.
- The Sword Wild can land plain, with no x2 or x5 multiplier.
Detailed Review
Slot Review
Picture Gaia and Crimerra locked on the 6×1 row, with Infernix a few tiles away. From there, turn order runs the fight. Allies take turns, the one closest to the enemy always starts, and each goes for the closest enemy, so you can tell who’s hitting whom before anything moves. Both sides lose Attack Power equal to the other’s, and Infernix pays its Cash Prize when it’s destroyed.
That clarity earns the 4.4. Showdown Spins swaps a spin count for a Health bar of 1000 to 2500 points, and every character’s numbers are listed, from Shadow’s 25 Attack Power to Corruptus’s 10,000x Maximum Cash Prize. The Swords of Power add the swing. A pink or orange Sword of Power may land and buff all allies currently present at once, and those x2 and x5 multipliers apply to the cash prizes of any enemies they destroy.
There’s tension in it, too. When Corruptus locks in with 700 Attack Power against allies that land at 50 to 200, you’re watching the Health bar, because if all your allies are destroyed, any enemy that hasn’t attacked yet that round takes its Attack Power straight off it.
Allies left on their own, with no new enemy landing, grow by 5 Attack Power, and an ally can be buffed several times, so a lone Gaia still has a job. The anime art earns its place too, and the cut from a VS screen to a sunny harbour sets the bonus up before you’ve seen it.
The harbour is the weaker half. Line pays stop at 20x for six Crimerras before multipliers, and the Sword Wild’s x2 and x5 come with a may. Big Symbols and the multiplier sword give it something, but with a table that tops out at 20x, the 25-line game plays like a waiting room for the battle. Volatility is Medium-High, and that matches a game that keeps its biggest numbers on the enemy list.
If you like a bonus you can read like a board game, with every attacker and prize spelled out, this is the Octoplay release to try in free play. Players after a busier line game will find the harbour thin.
