Cleo Team Demo by Red Rake Gaming
Cleo Team opens on a cheerful chibi crew, then hangs a 1000x ladder beside the reels. On this 5×5 slot, no symbol pays even 1x for a five-symbol way. The ten-step InstaPrize panel to the left of the demo’s grid is where the bigger numbers are.
Red Rake released the game on 9 January 2025 with a cartoon cast in pharaoh headcloths. Cleo leads it, a blue-furred cat-girl with large yellow-green eyes, a dark bob wig, and a gold headband set with a pink gem. Next to her, a scowling bull pokes black horns through a cream headcloth. A green crocodile shows its teeth and red tongue, an Anubis jackal lets its tongue hang out, and a small mummy stares out with glowing orange eyes. Behind the sandstone frame, a bright blue sky stretches over desert pyramids.

The InstaPrize Panel
Ten dark stone bars with gold borders stack up the left side, each wider than the one below it. Whenever a win clears and new symbols drop into the gaps, the panel moves one step forward. At the end of the spin, the game adds the step’s instant win to whatever the symbols paid. The steps from the bottom bar up are listed here.

UP and Multiplier Symbols
Two tiles work on the panel instead of the paytable. The UP symbol, a glossy blue square with a gold arrow, moves the panel one step forward. The Multiplier symbol, an X-shaped blue-grey tile with gold edging, multiplies the win for the panel’s next step by the value shown on it. The intro screen pictures it as x3.
Wilds With Three Lives
A win with five Cleo or five bull symbols, lined up from reel 1 across adjacent reels, creates a Sticky Wild, a gold tile showing three pyramids. It has 3 lives and loses one each time it’s involved in a win. When the third is gone, it disappears. There can only be one on the reels at a time, so another five-Cleo or five-bull win while it’s there resets its lives to 3.
Free Spins
Three Bonus symbols, temple gateways with BONUS written across the bottom, launch 10 free spins. A locked Wild is on reel 2 for the whole round. The free-spins reels carry no Bonus, UP, or Multiplier symbols, and the InstaPrize panel is gone. Cascades still clear winning symbols and drop new ones in.
How to Play
Ways and Cascades
Each cascade in Cleo Team pays its own win and, outside the free spins, moves the InstaPrize panel a step toward a payout at the end of the spin. The grid has 3,125 ways, and a combination counts from reel 1 and runs rightward with no reel skipped.
After a win, the winning symbols disappear. The symbols above them fall, and new ones fill the empty cells. The game checks the grid again and adds any new win to the spin’s total, repeating until there are no prizes left. Because each cleared win also moves the panel, a spin that strings several cascades together climbs several bars before the panel pays at the end.
The Wild has no pay row of its own. It substitutes to help a way form. Bonus, UP, and Multiplier symbols are outside its reach. In the free spins, special reels and a locked Wild on reel 2 take over, and winning symbols still disappear and refill there.
Game RTP
The BET panel to the right of the reels steps between €0.25 and €25. The RTP is 95.3%. Free spins are played at the triggering spin’s bet.

Five characters share one row of values, and the three relics share a lower one. Even five of the top row on one way pays 0.48x, short of the 1x on the panel’s fourth bar. Ultimate Slots Verdict
The per-way table is thin, with no symbol paying 1x for five, and the free spins remove the one feature that makes up for it. Between those two, the InstaPrize panel is a strong idea. Each cleared win moves it a step, the game adds its value at the end of the spin, and the top bar is 1000x. A Sticky Wild with 3 lives, made by a five-Cleo or five-bull win, adds a second thread.

Demo Review
Cleo Team scores 3.7/5 because the paytable hands almost all of the weight to the panel beside it. The best five-of-a-kind way pays 0.48x. The panel’s fourth bar pays 1x and its top bar 1000x.
The art promises a light game. A blue cat-girl with her arms crossed, a crocodile with its mouth wide open, and a mummy with glowing eyes read as a relaxed cartoon. What the screen asks you to watch is a stone ladder on the left, and a spin’s value rides on how many wins it can clear in a row. That’s a narrower game than the cast suggests. Cleo herself pays exactly what the mummy pays, so the star of the show earns her place through the Sticky Wild rather than the paytable. There’s a pull in watching a gold bar climb with each cascade, and a sting when the drops stop and the panel pays a 0x or 0.2x step.
Cleo Team has more going on than one ladder, though. The Sticky Wild gives Cleo and the bull a job the paytable doesn’t, since a win with five of either creates a Wild with 3 lives that can feed the next wins. Red Rake calls the Multiplier the new multiplier symbol, and its 2024 panel games Lotus Dynasty and 20,000 Waves list the panel and UP symbol without one. Red Rake quotes wins up to 6,000x, well above the panel’s top bar. Those two features make the free play more than a ladder watch.
The honest limit is the bonus round, and it’s the main reason this review stops short of 4. Ten spins with a locked Wild on reel 2 sound generous, but, with no panel, the round falls back on the per-way table, the weakest part of the design. As a first look at how Red Rake Gaming puts together a panel game, Cleo Team shows the idea clearly. It just leaves that idea out of its free spins.
